Everything was running smoothly UNTIL I got there to pick up my cake. The top looked bigger than the bottom. The baker repeatedly offered to take it to me but I felt bad they would have to drive more than 30 minutes to deliver. My husband did not drive erratically, not even 5 minutes in my car, the whole cake came down, no sudden movements. We were extremely upset that the cake was ruined. Not to mention the cupcakes they sold to me were DRY. All the kids couldn’t even enjoy that.

The cake was overcooked and flavorless. I asked for Oreo cake and they filled it up with some sort of weird buttercream and tiny bit of some sort of Oreo like cookie. The burnt parts was left in the cake and they didn’t even bother to cut it out before assembling the cake. I am never coming back to this bakery and I honestly want my money back.

My personal experience, the food and the cakes are excellent, very good quality BAD POINTS THE SERVICE AND THERE'S A GIRL ON THE MORNING SHIFT WHO IS VERY BAD AT TENDING AND ATTENDS YOU IN A BAD WAY AND ALMOST YELLING AND YOU ASK HER FOR HELP WITH AGO AND IT GETS HER BAD TEMPER ABOUT THAT ACTUALLY IT LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED WITHOUT WANTING TO RETURN BUT EVERYTHING ELSE A 10 IN FOOD AND THE PRODUCT ONLY THE SERVICE VERY BAD IN MY OPINION IT WAS NOT THE GOOD
