From the moment we stepped into Rosa at Park we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between cozy and refined, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Every dish we tried was a masterpiece. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. Our server was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu. Every recommendation was spot-on. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself, Rosa at Park is the kind of place you'll want to return to again and again. The DJ was fabulous! It's more than a meal—it's an experience. Highly recommend!
The bartender was under the influence of alcohol the bartender got the order wrong and only filled our tower once . The seat was very rude and nasty when we ask her if she can move us she stated that we wasn't allowed to move due to a seat request that is made through the open table when making reservations mind you the next party didn't come to 2 hours later . Would I go back no the food was also cold and nasty.
We didn't realize it was a total party on the roof. Totally fine for someone wanting that atmosphere, but we were hoping for a nice family environment to sit outdoors on a Friday evening on the rooftop with our two year old. They told us at the door (after we made the reservation) that the roof top was adults only. Which is fine if that's what their going for, but there are a lot of families in this neighborhood and super limited nice outdoor dinner options, so it would be really nice if occasionally they hosted dinner environments that were kid friendly. We had to leave because it was way too loud and crazy to hang and eat with a two year old. Hopefully this could change in the future! We love the food and it's a great space upstairs!
This is my 5 visit here. All experiences were great! This not so much. I felt rushed and the place was empty. Even transitioning to the roof top you needed a reservation which has never happened before. Also couldn't take your drink from downstairs to upstairs. Bathroom is downstairs from the rooftop. Overall ambience, music and food is good and pricing reasonable.
The drinks were terrible, the food was mid...the server was slow and not attentive...we paid for bottomless brunch drinks, and barely got to order drinks...the server barely came around.
Fabulous hidden gem with a lovely rooftop (DJ keeps the rooftop jumping). Food & drinks don't disappoint at all.
Our waiter was pure entertainment! He was very attentive as well. That was my 5th time... definitely plan on going back.
The food is ALWAYS amazing! The service is ALWAYS excellent! The vibe is ALWAYS perfect!
Came here on July 6,2025 to celebrate my sister July 4 birthday. When I found the place I was a bit shocked of it's location but knowing that The Bronx is up and coming I said ok it looks cute. Once our entire party arrived we were seated. The music was a tad bit loud as the place had just opened at 11 and there was no crowd by the time we sat down at 2. Once our waiter came to take our order he realized that the music was loud and turned it down. Like I said the place is really cute. 4 of the 8 of us ordered the bottomless Mimosa for $30 for 90 min. Now time to order food. Since I don't eat read meat I had a choice of chicken or a crab salad. I opted for the chicken & waffles white meat OR you can get a leg & breast or 2 dark 2 white no wings as an option (SAD). I cannot remember our waiters name but he was VERY attentive to ALL his tables. I'm the type that like to people watch. NOW ON TO THE FOOD. Waffle very light fluffy & flavorful, Chicken crispy juicy UNTIL you start getting to the middle of the breast and it's TOUGH as nails. I took the leftovers home tried to eat the chicken and AGAIN TOUGH as nails. I am hoping this place is not using 3D printed meat and not letting the public know is not only FALSE ADVERTISEMENT but endangering people who may be allergic or have a sensitive stomach to fake foods such as myself. Another thing they were so focused on keeping the railing and floor around the railing clean (if that woman was the manager) at no time did she walk around and check on ANY patron. As a previous manager of a bar in a casino I made sure to engage with the patrons make them feel appreciated that they came out to spend their hard earned money. Just a thought. But overall the place is beautiful under a hotel even better. I would definitely return as long as the EXTREMELY LOUD party of 9 that was there aren't there they made the experience hell where as our waiter had to turn the music back up to drown out their noise. Everyone at my table had something different to eat and there were no complaint from the crab salad to the steak and sweet potato waffles. I can go on about my first experience. It wasn't bad at all with the minor loud crowd of people. Will bring new friends next time to experience this beautiful place.
First time I came to Rosa’s was for Brunch. Food was amazing and the vibe is incredible. This is definitely a “Insta-worthy” place to take pictures. I go earlier if I’m with my kids. For Bruch, I had ordered the French Toast which was amazing!! The wings are on the sweeter side. Went for dinner as well, Pollo Relleno was delicious! Chicken was so juicy! Drink wise…their mimosas be hitting! My favorite drink to have is called Wonder Woman (I substitute the Henny for Jack Daniels). Also attended events & pop up shops on their rooftop. This is overall an amazing spot to hang with friends, family or by yourself. A staple place for the Bronx! Rosa is amazing & so is her staff! They also cater now, events for dogs & more.

Had a fantastic time at the Rosa Parks brunch with my family! Even though we arrived a bit late, the staff was incredibly welcoming and flexible. I have a seafood allergy, and they were super attentive, making sure my meal was safe and enjoyable. The service was excellent—friendly, professional, and accommodating. The vibe was upbeat with great music, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the mimosas and sangria were perfectly made. It truly felt like a celebration. We had such a great time and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this brunch experience!
First, I would like to say what a beautiful atmosphere you have for a really great brunch. The DJ was spinning all of my favorite hits while the sangria was poured into my (and my husband’s) glass. We had a delicious meal of avocado toast, Dominican Benedict, pico de pollo and fries. We enjoyed the sangria and the passion fruit mimosas.
Upon being sat, our waiter excitedly told us that it was your fourth year anniversary! Congrats! The vibes were great from the moment we sat down until we entered the rooftop (which our waiter specified we could attend with our children (6 &3 mo) before 5:00 PM)
Although I suppose it is not traditional to bring your daughters out with you on a day like today, my husband and I do not have family support. He and I raise our children on our own and we pride ourselves in our children being well behaved and fun in these situations.
Upon entering the rooftop, we are told children are not allowed. That is fair, as anyone is entitled to run their establishments how they see fit. However, after spending $150 on brunch and looking to continue the party with more friends visiting us, we were unaware of this policy. In fact, the opposite. We were told children were welcome until 5 PM. Arriving upstairs we were told we were allowed in, but we must stand at a high top, regardless of the many empty tables around us.
As we were planning on spending more money in your establishment, we decided standing wouldn’t work for our family. Unfortunate, considering we are avid hookah smokers and would have loved a few more cocktails with our friends.
No signs were hung saying 21+, nor was it listed on your website. This is discriminatory and biased.
It certainly puts a damper on any future experiences and any recommendations we may give to our many friends in the local area.
Looking forward to a better experience in the future, given we now know the secret rules.
For a 90 minute limit, it took 90 minutes to receive food and drinks. It took forever to put our order in. Waiter said he was the only one on the floor as there was an event on the rooftop. Had a free desert coupon for my bday & waiter didn't know how to honor it. Said he'd get a manager, he never did. Wont be back for a long time.
The food is and good and atmosphere is nice . Me and my friends decided to order a casamigos margarita pitcher . It was nothing but juice . When we look at the bar it was no casamigos please be careful when ordering top drinks . We pay 90$ for juice . On top of that the server was telling people to go to her to order the drinks etc.
I really enjoyed myself at Rosa's service was amazing, place is beautiful, food was amazing. Price is right .. I will definitely be coming back
