We went as a family to do a gender reveal. The services provided was phenomenal. If you was to come here I would recommend the same waitress(Fee Fee) that took care of us. The team and her are awesome and keeps the positive vibes going. High recommended.

Went for Valentine’s Day . It was a horrible experience. I got there and waited by the door security told us the girl will be there to seat us stood there for a long time until security told us we can sit at the bar (mind u I had a reservation). Once we sat the bartender was nice he gave us water and made our drinks before the food came I started seeing ppl walk out because there were waiting long for food . So we were able to sit at a table after while and we sat next to a couple who was saying they been waiting for tacos for an hour. Then I heard a few tables down a girl yelling and she walked out . There was no more than 25 ppl in here so it wasn’t so crowded . I had a waitress come and say that the bartender never put our order in and that she’s gonna put it in right now. I was so confuse but I gave her the order . I had the pineapple chicken bowl not flavorful at all , my husband had pineapple jerk wings ( he liked them ) and fries which were not fried all the way thru . The check came and noticed they automatically added gratuity. So I questioned it because why would I pay so high for a service that wasn’t good at all . The young lady took it off and I was able to pay what I wanted. However when I left she came out the door and asked what did she did she do to deserve this tip and not more she has kids and if I was gonna give her what she expected then she would’ve never took it off . So I told her for one come out here to find me to ask me that I had to hunt u down for a drink , we ordered two and she brings one . Didn’t have no napkins nor was the food and service good . What was good was the drinks and music . Paid almost $200 on a bill and ppl that work there said they been calling the owner all night and she’s suppose to be on her way well I definitely hoped she was there because I would’ve told her about this . I hope whoever see this and would like to fix this and reach out to me with a solution or a come back let’s make this right.

I celebrated my birthday last Saturday atmosphere was great the decor was nice the bathroom was clean service was fast and easy food was on point delicious the bartenders , bottle girls, hookah girl was on point I got really drunk feefee took care of me all night made sure I got home safe her customer service was A1 she attended to my table all night she didn’t judge they didn’t kick me out security was gentle as well they were very understanding feefee was my bottle girl she was very well soft spoken has great customer service she understood the assignment she catered to my table has great customer service very social but professional at the same time I would definitely go there again my guest really enjoyed themselves thank you to fee fee and the entire staff that night for a night to remember she even made me a flyer last minute I’m forever Greatful to her for pulling this off
