The food is great but recently they went up on their prices. It’s really hot in the restaurant and I understand the hard work, but $12 for a small plate in the Bronx is steep. The food is 9/10 - prices 6-10
Not being from NYc and not having Jerk chicken available in WNY for the most part. I think of traveling the almost 700 mile round trip just to get a few servings for my family. Best Jerk chicken in NYc by far.
I Ordered the Large Oxtails and J*** BBQ Chicken . Both dishes were good and definitely worth the detour we took to get there. Oxails wasn't tough, it was almostmeltingin my mouth. The server was very nice and was ok with answering my questions. So service 5, taste food 5 but the decor of the store is definitely a 2. Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong. it's a good store and I would definitely eat here a million more times.
