Bronx best kept Secret.... Food is tasty... Ambiance is on point... Service impeccable and the price of the food is reasonable... I would surely recommend to everyone!!
The Waitress was very rude and didn't want to serve us. She got into an argument with another worker and we left the restaurant. We will never come back.
I will never come back. The workers are rude. They lack character and I hope people stop spending their money on unprofessional establishments.
I ordered a small strawberry shortcake because I didn't know it was pudding at the bottom. Before I left the store, I realized and asked for a tiramasu instead. It was unopened and still in the bag as she just handed it to me. I offered to pay the difference. She was about to do it but she asked her manager and then refused me service.
Columbia del noche is a type of bussiness that lacks good customer service and I hope the company fails. We need to stop supporting businesses who purposefully make life harder for consumers but want our money.
Edit: I went home and tried it hoping it wouldn't be bad. It was DISGUSTING. Now I'm extra mad. Take your money elsewhere. If I decide to be petty I will file a claim and get my money back. It's about the principal.
You can't be non cooperative when the food is nasty.
If you dine in there is a hidden 18% charge they do on your bill after without informing you first, for staff and services. So my meal which was $72.00 turned into $100.00 with everything added up. So the prices on the menu are not true you are paying 18% more without even knowing you are.
If you don’t speak Spanish, you won’t get good service. The wait staff would rather not deal with you because they don’t want to speak English with you.
I had no idea that there was a great restaurant behind the bakery of Noches De Columbia. The service was good. My only suggestion would be for the servers to be more fluent in English, as well as Spanish. I totally enjoyed the food. It was fresh and plentiful, nice portion sizes. They also have a Happy Hour, and the drinks were also good. The only damper to my dining experience was the erroneous charge put on the bill, classified as Dining Entertainment. (18%) I asked about it and the explanation that was provided left me wondering who benefited from the additional charge. This charge was imposed on just two people dining, which left a bitter taste to my also perfect experience. In the future I will tip according to the service I received or find another eatery.

Noches de Colombia excels with both its food and atmosphere, but the experience varies between dine-in and takeout.
Dine-In: The portions are generous, especially the Filete a la Plancha and Ensalada Mixta, which are both flavorful and satisfying. The welcoming staff and pleasant atmosphere make it a great spot for a meal.
Takeout: Unfortunately, takeout falls short. The Ensalada Mixta was much smaller, and the dressing didn’t live up to the in-house experience.
For mall visitors, I highly recommend dining in to enjoy the full experience. And be sure to try the Croissant Espinaca—a perfect breakfast treat. Overall, great food and service, with a stronger dine-in experience.

The food was 4/5 , beans lacked a bit flavor. The lemonade 5/5, mojito a bit pricey 3/5. Service could be better in terms of checking on us and letting us know on time regarding the availability of certain foods. We came in excited for the breaded chicken and rice , but then we told theres no more rice lol . Then we got told there was going to be a wait time so we decided to wait since we were already there and hungry. Almost forgot, in the beginning we decided to get an App. we chose the mini empanadas, but there was no more beef lol. Overall its a nice place , needs some improvement for sure. Expect to spend $$ here , they charge a 18% dinning experience.

Food was decent my daughter’s Fries came cold I decided to not fuss. Music was way to loud for 5 o clock me and my family couldn’t have a conversation due to the volume which was frustrating. then At the end a 18% dining experience fee was added to the check unsure if this was considered tip I left a tip anyway but a additional 18% is ridiculous I will not be dining In anymore maybe just a coffee at most when I visit the mall.

The place was very busy but the service was good, our server attended to us in a timely manner. However, our food arrived almost cold. The steak and chicken had strange flavors, and the rice and beans were tasteless. Unfortunately the food did not compare to my experience at the other locations which in my opinion tasted much better.
