They're VERY crooked, I ordered sushi, bubble tea, and seaweed salad and they tried to charge me an additional amount that wasn't on the receipt. When I called to question it, the woman on the phone kept changing the reason why they charged me extra- "oh it was your bank," then "oh it was tax", then "oh it was a tip". I kept questioning her and then she requested my bank card to refund me even though she had all of my information from the order. I told her not to worry about it, I'll just call my bank and have them work on the payment. She said, don't order from us again, and I replied I would never order from crooks like you ever! Side note: I had to go downstairs and wait for the delivery person to come to my building door for my order, they didn't even deliver to my apartment door (and the delivery person wasn't there when he said he'd be there, he came about 3-5 minutes later) All around a bad experience.

I love Sake II for its authentic sushi and healthy Bubble Tea, crafted just for you in many flavors, including cappuccino and taro (purple yam or ube). My sibling sometimes would get spicy crab roll when she stops by for a quick bite. Taro is my go-to bubble tea drink, which is mostly cost-friendly compared to other bubble tea stores in the local area of Belmont. Also, they make the sushi right in front of you after ordering, so you can see the expertise from the sushi chefs. One thing also is that their miso soup has a warm feel to it. It tastes very good. So, It is good to say a quick hi and be nice to the Sake II employees. They deliver the best sushi, bento box, teriyaki and bubble tea Belmont has to offer. A month later, I bought spicy crab roll and mango avocado roll with Bubble Tea. It was wonderful eating sushi again in my local community.Vegetarian options: The mango avocado roll and the spicy crab roll are among many seafood dishes that are vegetarian.

This is my #1 go to spot absolutely Best Japanese/Chinese restaurant my go to is The bubble tea (Taro) flavor with the chicken teriyaki bento box with a miso soup on the side,& a salad with the Japanese ginger dressing what pairs well with the salad is the spicy Kani salad it’s a(crab meat salad) Don’t worry it’s not Too spicy It’s just right & the California Roll compliments the whole dish & incorporates the whole meal all together such an awesome amazing Gem try it out people your going to thank me later trust me The food is delicious

Usually the food is good but THIS TIME the customer service and food was HORRIBLE. I ordered 2 chicken tempura rolls with NO AVOCADOS and 1 shrimp tempura roll with NO AVOCADOS, a cappuccino bubble tea, and 3 spicy mayo dipping sauce. When I received my food they put avocados on all my rolls. I called the store and the person who took my order checked and confirmed he made the mistake. I asked if they will redeliver my food the same day and he told me that they can’t because it is busy. Then I asked, if they can redeliver the next day and he said that they can. He then calls back a few mins later and said that they can redeliver same day. I asked if I could receive an extra roll for the inconvenience and he tells me no. When the delivery person arrives he calls me and tells me that he accidentally delivered my food to the wrong address. So I called the store back and made a complaint and request a refund and the guy who took my order said he will contact the delivery person. After that the delivery person calls me back and said he got the food back, and if I could come get the food. When I receive my food, one of my chicken tempura roll had a funny smell and tasted like raw chicken. I strongly believe, the chicken was either spoiled or not fully cooked. I spent 35 dollars for my food and that is with tip included and didn't even get to enjoy it. Horrible food and customer service. I wont be ordering from there again.

I just found this tiny, magical and divine little sushi spot and it is a gem. My friend and I had such a delicious meal. The eel cucumber roll, the spicy salmon roll, the spicy tuna roll and the golden eyes roll were all delectable. They don’t serve alcohol but they allowed us to bring a bottle. Such a great experience and the servers were kind. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

I spent $18.99 on the Hibachi chicken entree with brown rice. It taste horrible. The rice is hard, and taste microwaveable. The rice taste raw. I immediately called them, he states that he is sorry, and offered me a $3.00 credit for a meal that cost $20. That's beyond ridiculous. I'm never going back. Honestly Ive had better anyway.

Personally, this place was my number one go to if I’m feeling down always. Bad day? Cramps? Hangover? Sushi from Sake. I loved their spicy tuna roll, mango avocado roll, and their mango boba.
