This Place has gone to the Toilet! Worst Customer Experience! They never pick up the phone when you call!! The Food Sucks! I'm from this neighborhood and I went to Sal's at it's original location. If Sal were alive, I'm sure that he would never allow pizza to look the way that it does in these pictures. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. This shows me that you just don't care. You're giving Sal's a bad name. I knew Sal. He was a good guy. He's probably rolling over in his grave right now. I ordered a small cheese pizza and added sausage and buffalo wings. When the doordasher delivered the pizza, it was a plain cheese pizza. I called the biz and they were like you have to call the website you ordered from to get a refund. I said no, I am bringing the pie back and you are going to give me the sausage pizza I paid for. I sent my grandson to return the pizza and they just put pieces of sausage on it without eve heating it up again. I called to complained how they didn't even have the decency to at least heat it up. The guy started talking abbot how the pizza is supposed to be $20 and I only paid 416.50 and that the online platforms they use have the wrong prices. I said it is not about the prices, you guys gave my dasher the wrong order. I will never order from them again.

The two Latin men who work the front will treat you badly if you are black. They will pretend to not see you. I thought it was just me then sent friend in who got the same treatment. Wont be going back. Sucks bcuz it was decent pizza.
