Last night has Been the first time in a year I’ve stepped in salsa because it’s just not somewhere I want to be seen. But I went w the girls and it was a new female security guard . Black is gone and I must say she was at the very least nice and inviting . That new lady they got there chunky rough Trey songs braids .. mean af make you not wanna come in like she did way too much it's a party miss go find a job at corrections .. because the club is not it . She literally killed all joy fun and happiness upon entering the building.. mind you she had words and nasty comments for multiple females upon entering. And I don’t wanna hear she’s doing her job bring every guard yall ever had was better than that one.. also it was super dead last night looked like the ppl who got picked over in hs came to feel important I didn’t bother drinking because my friends who are regulars said that the drinks were even bad .. never going back .. I think who’s in charge now don’t want it to stay open long because absolutely not

Security gave a friend of mine a difficult time bringing in his weed ( already rolled), meanwhile the whole place was filled with smoke. A female friend said she'd have to wash her wig after being there. Hyped up security and an ok atmosphere is what to expect. Food was mediocre.

So much cigarette and weed smoking. A LOT. The class level has DROPPED. Caught someone sniffing coke too. Why are people openly allowed to smoke weed inside? The appetizers either had no flavor or tasted like it was covered in Lowry's and baked in an air fryer. Anyway, I can't return. Not for me anymore.

Me and my family bought the Easter brunch tickets we got there at 2:30 didn’t get inside till 4:15 waiting outside on the line with 4 kids crying and frustrated because we were all hungry and they had us outside still. Then they didn’t sit us down due to no tables but why book so many people if you know there aren’t that many seats we argued with the front desk people because they were letting people who skipped the line go in while we were still waiting since 2:30 we finally got at table at 4:53 after hours of waiting. The kids wanted to get an Easter face paint and that lady was so rude we left right away this was a waste of money. The staff was rude wait time was crazy even though our tickets was for 2:30 NEVER AGAIN.
I loveee Salsa Con Fuego but this Easter event was a waste of time and money. There was nothing for the kids to do but one lady was face painting and 3 characters came out for 15 for this big crowd. Other than that just nothing. Everything gets five stars besides this Easter kids event.

I had reservations for 3 pm today for Easter and waited on line for 3 hours still couldn't get in the front desk female was the worst slow and rude and the manager the receptionist was the worst not even even to try console us to say like we sorry about the wait and stuff like that nope nothing but attitudes worst worst worst experience had to go next door with my party of 12 to BBQ. Very disorganized and awful. Worst experience ever for me my family and kids smh smh never never again they need to organized it better and explain to there costumers

I went today for the Sunday kiss brunch and it was extremely unorganized, the things advertised were not provided. The face painter was “selective” with the children. With some children, she allowed them to get full face designs and with others she only allowed “a heart or a rose”. Bartenders said the unlimited mimosas were 1 hour and 30 minutes but gave us a hard time after hour. I don’t like to play the race card but it does seem like if you’re not Spanish, you receive poor service and get easily dismissed.
