Went today to this saraku and it was horrible the meat was rubbery overcooked they drenched the rice and meat in to much sauce. The vegetables were nasty and soggy overcooked I was so disappointed I spent this money to eat and the food was horrible the saraku at bay plaza is way better and fresh. I was so upset and not satisfied i didn’t even eat it all only barely wat a waste

Sarku on the Hutchinson River Parkway fell completely off. Their food is horrible they have the sushi already pre-made sitting in the refrigerator so when you get them they're freezing super nasty they used to have someone make them fresh. The dumplings are soggy and the inside taste like mush I used to love coming here but the food is not that great anymore.

I love sarku but ordering but at $80 and i only recived half my order is an issue i ordered 3 items I got 2 so I had no choice but to loose my money since I ordered online. I appriciate the food and their hard work but I was just robbed and I wont ever be ordering online or in person almost $80 is ridiculous price for a skimpy meal.
Idk when they are gunna close but im sorry to see them gone sarku was great.
