Every time I go to Bay Plaza, Sabarro is my choice of food. I’ve never had a problem until recently. I ordered what I usually do pepperoni slice and a baked ziti. As I was eating my food I saw a piece of hair that clearly looks like an eyelash. I allowed the customers that were there to purchase their food before I said anything and ultimately was going to wait my turn. However, after one customer purchased her food; one of the employees asked me what was going on. I explained to them that there was a hair in my food that looked like an eyelash. I showed them exactly where it was - I even followed up with saying that I understand things happen… before I can finish the employee grabbed my food, rolled her eyes, mixed it all together, smirked and said it was a piece of burnt cheese and threw it in the trash…. She began stating nobody on her team wears eyelash extensions. Then asked me what is it that I want. I got upset because it’s CLEARLY not “burnt cheese” so, I ended up telling her I didn’t want a replacement and she gave me the $7 I paid. No apology just $7 back and an attitude. Never coming here again. 0/10 recommend.

The food is decent but the store manager is super rude and has no etiquette in customer service. I’m a manager myself and if I find it unbelievable that a store manager speaks to its customers the way he spoke to me. I am in disbelief. It seems he really hates his job. They just lost a regular customer.

The restaurant is located in a nice spot, where you can sit and contemplate a nice view. The pizzas are amazing, fresh, tasty and good portion.

They are so bad and for 6 dollars a piece is not worth it at all they charged me 23 dollars for 3 slides when they said there was a special for a combo but they changed me more than what I actually bought

Had this pizza several times, including the salads. No complaints with the taste, everything is great. What keeps me returning in all honesty is the exceptional customer service, everyone is super friendly and helpful. I'm very very impressed! Keep up the good work ?

I went to go get some food from this pizza shop on Saturday and the employee gives me an attitude that we are not open. All he had to say was sorry we are closed at the moment please come back at whatevertime your pizza shop opens. Thats all. He could have kept his attitudeto himself.

5.50 for a plain slice no drink i wouldn't have ordered they put pizza through a toaster when come out not hot at all way to fast to even get warm tasted ok i've had 99 pizza that taste better
Parking: 3bucks for all day parking inside garage or park in the lot for free
