Service is horrible! I waited 30 mins for my food. (Which I never received) worker came to the window greeting me “ yeah what’s happening”. It was very much dirty inside. I asked for a refund. When complaining about dirtiness they started cleaning! Don’t go there! Highly do not recommend!

Horrible service, workers are visibly upset at anything. They gave us the wrong food we didn’t realized after we tried it and even after we tried it they took the food from us and gave it to the table next to us THE FOOD THAT WAS TOUCHED. We complained to the manager and the manager ignored us and walked away I believe his name was Chris based on what it says on my receipt . We came here Monday December 2 at 7:36 idk the name of the manager on schedule but he needs to be fired. Poor customer serviceoverall never coming here again. The white worker basically took the plate from our table after watching us eat from it and handed it to the next table and the people were clueless. DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT

They are always pretty busy so I order my Shack Cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap for pick up on the app. Usually pretty good service. They only messed up my order once for the last 2 years.

Great burgers and I love the fries. Great drinks but pricey. The restaurant is clean. There is outdoor and indoor dining available. Excellent , friendly staff. The best thing is the water. It’s actually very delicious. I always get the water.
