Sheza Coffee House is such a cozy and welcoming spot! The owner, Sheza, is so sweet and always makes you feel at home. Their açaí bowl is incredibly fresh and delicious every time, and the latte is one of the best around. The staff are super friendly, and the whole place has such a relaxing vibe. Definitely a favorite spot!

I recently visited Sheza Coffee House, and it quickly became one of my favorite coffee spots in town. The atmosphere is warm and inviting — soft music, cozy seating, and just the right buzz of conversation. The baristas were friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to recommend a seasonal latte that turned out to be amazing.
The coffee itself was top-notch: rich flavor, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care. I also tried one of their fresh pastries, and it was flaky, buttery perfection. The place is ideal for catching up with friends, studying, or just relaxing with a book.
Prices are fair for the quality you get, and service was quick even during the morning rush. Overall, Sheza Coffee House is a must-visit if you love great coffee and good vibes — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Sheza Coffee House is such a cute little spot. The vibe is super chill and the people working there are always friendly and welcoming. You can tell they actually care about what they’re doing. The coffee is amazing, I’ve tried a few different drinks here and they’ve all been great. Their pastries are really good too.
It’s also a nice place to just hang out, get some work done, or meet up with friends. Comfortable seating, good music, and it’s always clean.

The store hours are incorrect here. Arrived at store at 5:08 and was shooed away as the store was apparently closed. Will never come back here again.

I’m not one to leave reviews but customer service goes a long way. I Stopped by for a matcha said hello to the lady at counter who didn’t say hi and just looked at me seriously. I asked maybe one question regarding the matcha and she had just a bad attitude and proceeded to her phone call.
I mean just wasn’t pleasant at all and didn’t even try.
It’s just strange to run a business where you maybe pick and choose who to be nice to ? Idk. Won’t be back.
I ordered an iced latte with 2% milk but instead, got one with oat milk. I've been drinking lattes for over 20 years so I know the difference, especially since there is an obvious difference in taste between oat milk and 2% milk. Instead of apologizing and offering to make me a new one, the server insisted that he used 2% milk. My family and I will never step into Sheza every again. Terrible Service!

The service was horrible, serving us while eating and chewing. Not even a hello but what do you want. If i could i would give them 0 star. As a new client i felt disrespected, not welcomed at all. The pastry were horrible and the worst matcha i ever tasted.

The place is nice, but it’s incredibly small, no wifi, overpriced and the staff is also rude. 😒
The cashier gave me an attitude when asking for the restroom code.
Thanks for the response. I was fully aware of the extra charges, but the total of $18.40 for a coffee and an oreo cake felt quite expensive. I’m just sharing my review so future customers know what to expect.
Regarding the wi-fi, a quick notice about the outage would have been appreciated. Also, implying that I was hostile simply for asking for clarification on the bathroom code feels unnecessary. A welcoming environment includes clear communication and mutual respect, hope that’s something your café
continues to strive for. Wishing you the best as well.

Great coffee, pastries are fresh and delicious. They have lots of varieties to choose from. The Belgian waffles are amazing and must try their acai bowls as they fully load it with bunch of toppings. The ambience is beautiful and service is top tier. 100% recommended
