How my friend and daughter order food, one of the orders was CHICKEN WINGS & FRIES!!! We all know when you order food condiments go with the food. THEY ASKED TO PUT KETCHUP on the order and these money hungry dueche bags charge 25 cents to put ketchup and salt on!!!!! KETCHUP 25 cents on ur food!!!!!!! They’re insane. I called them to let them know what they’re doing is wrong. For instance, If we order rice…. duck sauce and soy sauce is added free ofCharge! I understand if u order crab sticks and they give u one tartar sauce, then yes it’s ok to pay for an extra tartar…. BUT KETCHUP ON CHICKEN WINGS AND FRIES! Money hungry JERKS! I went off on them. How dare they…. When we are the ones who keep their business going! I definitely made my complaint to the food and safety dept of health!

BE AWARE THAT BUSINESS IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP and there RIPOFFS! THE PREVIOUS OWNERS WERE MUCH BETTER AND NOT RUDE. The lady who works the front IS RUDE, acts like the people who walk in are gonna rob them. Placed a order and one of the orders was chicken wings and French fries ( everyone knows you put ketchup on it when they ask) spent $32 on food and these people have nerve to say, ketchup on food is extra...WE ALL KNOW PRICES ON FOOD WENT UP AND THATS OK, BUT TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL FOR CONDIMENTS IS INSANE! And what infuriates me is that we didn't ask for packets, it's to apply it on before packing it up. MONEY HUNGRY RUDE OWNERS, trying to rob the ones keeping your business open! Unless new owners buy them out, I will never order from this place again.
