It seems that Skyview is going downhill. It's not what it used to be. What you get charged for the same item, on any given day, can and will vary. I requested a refund for an item and the clerk objected to refunding the tax. Stay away from the oatmeal. When I ordered it, it looked like some sort of medieval gruel. The service is extremely slow even when they are not busy. Be prepared to wait. If you are in a rush, don't bother---go elsewhere. The quality has declined. Customer service has declined. I am always wondering exactly how much I am going to end up paying because the prices posted are not always the prices you will pay. Keep in mind, a lot of things don't have prices, so you can and will get charged whatever.....the quality of the food is hit or miss. It's a shame because it was once a good spot.

Refused service dog to let me eat and refund

Ive come here a few times and honestly its not worth it. Go to Yohans Deli. This place is OVER PRICEDDDDD. 6$ for a BLT ?? Is this Manhattan. What is in a BLT for it to cost 6$? I can get a whole cheese burger DELUXE for that money. And honestly their fruit is not fresh, and their salads stay in the fridge probably for a few days. Please. Six dollars for a BLT.

Over priced foods and too expensive including for a BLT. . Wouldn’t recommend them at all

Just discovered this hidden Deli, have made me realized that I have wasted alot of money to other expensive diners. I loved their WRAPS, one of the best range of SMOOTHIES, above at all their SALADS and no-doubt all of it possible bcz of good TASTE and customer service… hope they sustain the same and keep improving it.

The Customer Service Here is Awful. This is Not the First Time I’ve Been Unsatisfied with Skyview, but This Last Experience Was the Worst. So Much of the Food on the Shelves is Expired or Covered in Dust...You Wait 10+ Minutes for a Sandwich Even When It’s Slow, The Health Practices of the Cook Are Sub Par, No Gloves and Scratching Face, and Finally My Order Was Prepared Incorrectly. I Asked for Pepper Jack Cheese and Was Served Slimy, Processed American Cheese. I Called Back to Have My Sandwich Remade and The Irate Clerk Told Me It’d Be 20 Minutes. I Won’t Be a Returning Customer.
