It seems that Skyview is going downhill. It's not what it used to be. What you get charged for the same item, on any given day, can and will vary. I requested a refund for an item and the clerk objected to refunding the tax. Stay away from the oatmeal. When I ordered it, it looked like some sort of medieval gruel. The service is extremely slow even when they are not busy. Be prepared to wait. If you are in a rush, don't bother---go elsewhere. The quality has declined. Customer service has declined. I am always wondering exactly how much I am going to end up paying because the prices posted are not always the prices you will pay. Keep in mind, a lot of things don't have prices, so you can and will get charged whatever.....the quality of the food is hit or miss. It's a shame because it was once a good spot.

Ive come here a few times and honestly its not worth it. Go to Yohans Deli. This place is OVER PRICEDDDDD. 6$ for a BLT ?? Is this Manhattan. What is in a BLT for it to cost 6$? I can get a whole cheese burger DELUXE for that money. And honestly their fruit is not fresh, and their salads stay in the fridge probably for a few days. Please. Six dollars for a BLT.

Just discovered this hidden Deli, have made me realized that I have wasted alot of money to other expensive diners. I loved their WRAPS, one of the best range of SMOOTHIES, above at all their SALADS and no-doubt all of it possible bcz of good TASTE and customer service… hope they sustain the same and keep improving it.

Went in here for a latte, you'd think I'd ask the lady behind the counter to wipe my dog's a** for me. I'd never gotten so many mean looks and nasty stares. I know stores in North Riverdale aren't known for their friendly demeanor, but seriously, this was next level rudeness. Hungry barracudas are better at customer service... and my latte was cold too.

This sandwich was an embarrassment. 3 slices of roast beef in the entire hero. That's just plain wrong. When the tomato is bigger than the roast beef... that's a problem. First and last time there.
I used to order from here often (not sure why) & there was always a problem with my food. I remember ordering a Turkey bacon, egg & cheese on a roll & they gave me pork bacon, deli Turkey, & cheese on a roll. I called the store to inform them that they got my order wrong & received attitude from the delivery driver since I had left the store already & could not return to get my new sandwich. Oh & their smoothies are a sorry excuse for a smoothie; they should just sell juices because all of their smoothies end up tasting like juice.
