I see that when it comes to the Smashburger in the Bronx on turnbull Avenue you must call your order in. They do not have enough staff. They never had enough staff, and they assume the spelling of your name. i’m glad that the burger is good though. That is the only thing that keeps me coming back and the brussel sprouts

Ordered a gluten free bacon smash, the bread was falling apart (clearly not fresh) and untoasted. Last time I ordered it, it was amazing, I also got it at night. I'm assuming the nightshift workers might be better, but that's what I get for ordering at 10 AM. But why open at that time if the burger is going to be trash. Spend extra money on the gluten free bun just for it to be untoasted (just put cold bun). Absolute trash. The tater tots were crispy though, I will give whoever made that credit. But the burger was trash. Placed the order from UberEats, at 10. Super disappointed and it also caused my bf to get a stomach ache.

I ordered it today for lunch and it was incredible! They used fresh gluten free bread, soft, not falling apart, the bacon was cooked pretty well, and the tator tots were crispy as always. Definitely improved since last time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DO NOT GO HERE Absolutely TERRIBLE service. The girls here are young and inexperienced on how to have any type of work ethic. They leave your food in the window while you wait and they discuss outside work things with inappropriate work language. And then these are the people to complain about minimum wage not being enough. There is no structure here and everyone is everywhere. Clearly an issue with management. At 12$ a burger you would expect better service. These people have worse service than McDonald’s… on top of it all. After asking for my money back and telling them they need to get it together, the girls inside were looking pointing at me whispering as IF I AM IN THE WRONG. The owners should do a revamp of staff here.
