I see that when it comes to the Smashburger in the Bronx on turnbull Avenue you must call your order in. They do not have enough staff. They never had enough staff, and they assume the spelling of your name. i’m glad that the burger is good though. That is the only thing that keeps me coming back and the brussel sprouts

Ordered a gluten free bacon smash, the bread was falling apart (clearly not fresh) and untoasted. Last time I ordered it, it was amazing, I also got it at night. I'm assuming the nightshift workers might be better, but that's what I get for ordering at 10 AM. But why open at that time if the burger is going to be trash. Spend extra money on the gluten free bun just for it to be untoasted (just put cold bun). Absolute trash. The tater tots were crispy though, I will give whoever made that credit. But the burger was trash. Placed the order from UberEats, at 10. Super disappointed and it also caused my bf to get a stomach ache.

I ordered it today for lunch and it was incredible! They used fresh gluten free bread, soft, not falling apart, the bacon was cooked pretty well, and the tator tots were crispy as always. Definitely improved since last time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DO NOT GO HERE Absolutely TERRIBLE service. The girls here are young and inexperienced on how to have any type of work ethic. They leave your food in the window while you wait and they discuss outside work things with inappropriate work language. And then these are the people to complain about minimum wage not being enough. There is no structure here and everyone is everywhere. Clearly an issue with management. At 12$ a burger you would expect better service. These people have worse service than McDonald’s… on top of it all. After asking for my money back and telling them they need to get it together, the girls inside were looking pointing at me whispering as IF I AM IN THE WRONG. The owners should do a revamp of staff here.

Came into Smashburger for some tater tots, they were delicious! I then hung out for an extended period of time doing laptop work and the staff was super friendly during my stay, they even offered free waffle fries as they had made extra, those were also delicious! I really enjoyed my time here. Food is great! Staff was super friendly, atmosphere was welcoming!

The food was delicious and our server Vincent was very attentive.
I ordered from this place, and when ordering, Vincent, the gentleman that took my order, said my order would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I sat down, and 15 later, the food came without fries. I asked where the fries were, and the waiter said it was coming. 10 minutes later, and I am done finishing the burger, and still no fries. The waiter passes by and says, "O i forgot the fries," and told him to forget and just refund me. He said "no and that I have to speak to management." 5 minutes later, a woman named Bihanna came with a bag with fries in it and pretended it was ok to be 25 to 30 minutes late with parts of the meal. I asked her for my refund, she took the fries bag back and gave me $5.00 off if you spent $20.00 coupon!! And told there are no refunds, just this coupon!! I am very disappointed with this place!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! They will give you an incomplete order and will not refund you.

Do not !! go here they will have you waiting for an hour for burgers and take your money. They are racist and treat you indifferently and discriminate if you are black and not hispanic. I ordered my food at 0316pm.. and I inquired about the status of my food at 0350 pm. I received a nasty attitude from the staff. I kindly requested the manager to refund me my money. She told me she wasn’t and she wasn’t giving me my food either. So she basically stole my money and provided no food. This place is scam do not come here. I called the police they never came and the restaurant still didn’t care to resolve it and give me my money back. Save your money do not patronize this business they are racist !!!!
