Beyond rude came in very respectful I even called three time no answer and I tell them and they ignore me im disgust only reason I’m coming here is because my daughter loves the lo mein but they are very angry and it’s disrespectful since if it was not for people supporting the business they would have no income to support family.

The lady that is managing this establishing with the man are downright disrespectful and mean that didnt hear the phone one time and they said they don’t want to serve me anymore. This place needs new management asap and I recommend to all the Bronx residents to avoid this place and they have a bad ratings review by the way

I walked in, very disrespectful, tried asking her a question and she was very disrespectful, and aggressive, there food has frogs, and rats don’t recommend coming.
EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DISRESPECTFUL customer service! When you go in, they greet you by saying, "What do you want?" or " yes. " These businesses make their living off being in communities that they don't even have the decency to give welcoming customer service. There have been countless times myself and other patrons have paid for extra shrimp or fried rice a certain way to get home and not have what we've paid for. I watched the older female who works there this Wednesday. Pick frozen meat up off the floor and place it back in the freezer. These types of establishments that don't have any respect for their paying customers need to be held accountable like any other business. The only person who even shows a bit of good customer service is the younger female who works some evenings.

OMG! I got TERRIBLE FOOD POISONING HERE as did another friend.I lived in CHINA for 4months, ate EVERYTHING, EVERYWHERE & never got sick, until I came back to The States and ate here!!!I had LoMein with Brown Sauce at 7pm & ended up in The ER around 2am.It was horrible. I give very few 1 star reviews, but this place REALLY needs to get an honest Food Inspection! ???
