The hostess who goes by “Nana” was unprofessional and dismissive. The interaction left a bad impression, and it seemed other customers were uncomfortable too. Management should consider better customer-service training and hire new people asap.
Came here a few days ago for drinks and the experience was wonderful. I had never had a guanabana frozen margarita before and it was delicious and so was the food. The bartender Shalamar was attentive and helpful when I didn’t know what to choose because they had so many options that I had never tried before, so I would highly recommend this place.
This is a fun place for a party! Drinks are on point and the DJ was absolute fire. I didn’t eat when I was there, so I can’t attest to the food, but the service was fast and friendly!
