The service was horrible the staff made us feel uncomfortable, they rushed our stay, gave us the check when nobody asked for it & told us to leave with no explanation, and when we left we were waiting for our Ubers/ cars and the security guard came out aggressively to ask why we’re we still in the front (mind you we are just a group of girls)????. When we had a party of 9 and the bill was $700 so I will certainly not be coming back here.

The drinks here are great and so is the service. The DJs did a great job mixing things up and reading the crowd while I was there. The hookah absolutely sucked. We got it 3 times thinking/hoping it being so bad was a fluke, but no, whoever was making it just sucked at it.

Came here with a party of 17 people for a birthday party. Jose literally was a one-man army. He took care of our table was the bus boy, the DJ, the hookah guy and the waiter.The food was also good despite the lack of staff if it wasn’t for Jose, we probably would have left

Updated after owner’s response to initial post….no actual follow up from owner. ******Fraudulent practices*****The restaurant engaged in fraudulent practice of not honoring order to deliver, and refusing to credit. Stay away!Grading with the lowest possible entry. There’s an attempt to scam me out of approx. $50 for food that was never delivered. Despite several calls I’ve made asking to speak with a manager and confirmation by the restaurant that the food was not delivered, they have refused to credit the order. This is fraud!Response to owner:I called multiple times, left my name and phone number. The order information is also known. Asking me to call back more than 3x only to repeat myself with no action taken to resolve a matter that was at first call confirmed as not delivered because there was no driver, is inadequate. The next step in my opinion is for you to speak to your staff - I spoke to two of them several times so they should know, and process the credit.A representative from toast, the app that I used to place the order, confirmed that the restaurant has the tool and ability to process a credit, and it is not their responsibility to do that. Both people I spoke to have engaged in stalling for whatever reason, suggesting that I get the credit from toast and that the owner or manager was unavailable. After several calls it was clear there was no intention to process the credit.Day 6 from owner post, yet nothing:I have reported this fraud to my bank and it is under investigation. As of the owner’s post 6 days ago apologizing and asking for more information, I have not received a call back and nothing has been done. This is very much in line with the incredibly poor treatment I had experienced prior, and that leads me to believe this is common practice at this establishment. How do you literally NOT provide a service/product, and yet take my money in hopes that I let you have it because you ignore and pretend like you’re trying to help but do absolutely nothing but tell me to keep calling back. This is simply fraudulent.
