Great experience with great customer service! Definitely recommend
Unfortunately, I was not impressed! The table were not cleaned and I noticed flies! The hamburgers were small. The fries were burned! I will not be coming back, Unfortunately!

UPDATE***
After visiting this location for a few more times, I can give a more accurate review. Initial review was during the first week this place opened up.
The burger is not bad, has all the classics ingredients for a regular burger but for me too little meat. For a better meaty burger I recommend getting two patties. The single patty burgers leaves me feeling unsatisfied.
The fries from the last few times I orders has been bad. They are shoestring cut fries and it seems like they fry a bunch ahead of time and keep them to the side until needed. Some of them are hard as a pretzel and others limp.
Unfortunately the wings seem like they suffer the same fate, but with less flavor. It’s not common to get un-breaded halal wings in the Bronx (most of them are the tiny breaded ones from your local halal deli), but they are missing some marinade or something to bring it alive, besides drenching it with sauce.
The crispy chicken sandwich was very oily, and definitely double fried. Which means it was half fried before and left to the side until a customer orders one and they re-fry them. This makes the chicken rubbery and the breading dark brown and oily. I rather wait a few more minutes for a made to order chicken sandwich.
Being raised in the neighborhood, I was excited to have this place open up and wanted to make it regular place I go, to get my fix, but they have to work on some quality control before they have me be a regular. I really hope they listen to the customers concerns and revamp their process in the kitchen. I really want to see local halal businesses like this one succeed but the food has to be up to par.
The workers there are very friendly and the atmosphere is your nicely decorated burger joint.
I’ll give them some time and try them out and see if there’s any improvements.

First off: whoever is rating this place anything above 2 stars probably knows the people working there from the neighborhood lol. Bc its NOT POSSIBLE. The place and ambiance is great. The food is not. It really is NOT. It has potential, but the food is always over-fried and dry for some reason. They fry everything in the same oil so fries taste like the chicken breast sandwich I just ordered. And the wings have….no flavor besides the sauce you order it with. When I say bland, I mean BLAND. They have potential, this is one of those places that stay empty because people catch on to the crapy food unfortunately.

As someone who was born and raised in the area, I’ve been eagerly awaiting a burger joint nearby to save me from the long drives to the city. When stack it opened, I was excited for a local option.
The staff is consistently polite and attentive, so customer service is definitely on point. However, the food leaves much to be desired. They often have menu items unavailable, and the cooking is subpar. The chicken is usually burnt on the outside and rubbery inside, the fries are stale, and the burgers lack flavor—relying solely on sauce for any taste. One time, I ordered boneless wings and received chicken tenders drowning in BBQ sauce instead—definitely not what I expected from a place that looks so well-built and appealing.
This spot has great potential, but they need serious improvements in the kitchen. A month-long closure to retrain the cooks or hire new ones could make all the difference. With prices that don’t match the quality, it’s clear they need to step up their game.
Vegetarian options: Plant based options that are deliciosooo
Kid-friendliness: My son loves the fries! And well portioned entries.

This isn't as bad as Kennedy's, but they're a few seats away from each other.
Ask your 15 year-old brother to make a burger for you right now. Now put it in the freezer for 5 mins. You now have a Stack It burger.
Yes, you will be biting into gristle. Yes, you will be using generic unbranded condiments. Yes, you will regret spending money on something you 100% could've made better at home.
This is a new restaurant, and many would avoid giving them a bad review. However, you are literally making your community worse by opening a restaurant when you can't cook well.
Close doors for 24 months, consult with better chefs, find cooking tutorials, steal recipes if you really need to. Do anything except what you're doing right now. You are the Plankton of the borough right now, stop charging people for food that'll ruin their day.

What a let down. I'm born and raised in morris park and for 33 years we never had a burger joint so you can believe my excitement when I saw this place finally open. I went with my family and got their troubled burgers. I asked them to switch out the cheddar cheese for pepper jack on all 6 burgers. Unfortunately all 6 had cheddar cheese. 4 of them had no pickles and 3 of them had no tomatoes. We told them and they ended up putting them on but with the cheddar cheese mistake it was already a mess. I hate putting bad reviews but for a 100$+ meal the meat was very bland. I don't think I'll give it another go unless I hear they changed the recipe for the patties.

Tried 3 different burgers and sandwiches… each one was pleasant and unique. This spot never disappoints. Highly recommend trying out Stack It!
