I was visiting in nyc and had never been on a bus before. Google maps suggested a bus stop but I was not certain that I had the correct one. Stopped in this business since it was right by the subway station and near the bus stop for some help. I’ve been to nyc twice before and had the best experience with locals so expected the same but was wrong. I entered the dirty restaurant and was ignored by the two women working ( or rather sitting near the counter) until one realized I wasn’t leaving. I asked for some help and she was rude. She said she couldn’t help me. Based on the dirty appearance of the restaurant and the poor service I would not recommend this place. The rest of the trip was surrounded by great and helpful New Yorkers but this place did not have to be this rude to a visitor.

Service was lacking. Food wasn't ready. No chicken. Rice wasn't fully cooked (a bit crunchy) hair found in salad (on a tomato).Don't rec this place much.
No zest, lack of attention, expensive , no ambiance. A zero to the left!!!!

I placed an order on grub hub which I called to check on after over 2 hours of waiting. However, no one spoke English and they hung up on me. When the food was delivered it was incorrect. I had to have my friend who is fluent in Spanish call and they still could not get it right. Order at your own risk.

The quality of the food has taken a big dip. I used to stop by almost every morning for breakfast, the food has just gotten worse. Under the old management the food was much better. If I Could give them 0 stars I would. Not to mention they raised the prices of food. Way to pricey for the quality of food.
