EVERYTIME I CIME IN HERE THIS Starbucks is horrible! They moved to another location just to be slower, less engaged and just slow! Horrible, please upgrade the employees as well or please put them Elon robots in there!

it’s nice and the service is quick but they don’t know how to make matcha. every time i’m in the area i order a matcha and i hope for the best… several several clumps of matcha powder, it makes the drink very bitter. it’s the only starbucks i’ve seen with this issue, please learn how to mix the matcha better

I was made to wait 20+ minutes for a toasted bagel.
The chubby black girl with glasses who took my order on 2/23/25 around 5:40pm decided she was not going to warm it up after I placed the order at the register. After I received all of my drinks, a barista asked me if I was waiting for something else and she reminded the cashier I was still waiting for a bagel. The cashier said she was on it and continued to converse with the staff. About 10 minutes passed and still nothing. I was trying not to lose my patience because I am pregnant and I was with my child.
Another male barista asked me if I'm still waiting for the bagel, and when he reminded her I was still waiting, her response was "Well, that's not my fault".
I would really recommend reconsidering who this location is hiring. Luckily, I have worked customer service myself when I was younger so, I did not intend to become a Karen in this situation. However, waiting over 20 minutes for a toasted bagel is not reasonable for any customer. There was no line and she was merely conversing and staring into space.

The staff is best described as immature rude children. This is "GHETTO Starbucks" and you just don't get the same experience as any other Starbucks you go to at any other location. It should be shut down to protect the good reputation that Starbucks has earned.

Vegetarian options: Don't trust them.

Parking: There is a normal Starbucks at 1886 Eastchester rd., & 880 White Plains road. Both these locations have easy access to parking and a great normal Starbucks experience.

Kid-friendliness: Children should not be exposed to such behavioral challenged employees.

I came just for a Matcha and got a poorly made $6.27 green cup of bubbly sand water. It was near closing time and the staff didn’t feel like working I guess.
A shame what happened after they moved. They lack a sense of urgency and put shame to the title of Barista.

This is the second time I’ve placed a mobile order at this location and it was taken by someone else. I waited nearly 35 minutes for a simple latte. The staff will also ignore you when they see you standing there instead of asking if you need assistance.
The drinks are not being monitored and random people are walking in and taking orders for free.
Not a good look for a brand new location. Is there a manager running this location or not?

I stoped in to get a small coffee. One worker was putting snacks into the oven and didn’t acknowledge me. Then that same worker helped another worker pull a garbage bag out of the container and still no acknowledgment. Two other workers were making drinks. There was a woman behind me and we just looked at each other. Finally about 10 minutes, a worker took my order. Of course, I didn’t tip. I then waited to pick up my coffee which I still had to wait for. The lady behind me ended up leaving as I was waiting to pick up my coffee. I agree that the location is bigger, but the staff at this location this day was unprofessional.

So far I’ve had really harsh experiences at this location. The first time I ordered here no ticket slip printed for my order so I was left standing there with no help and the iced coffee was horrible plus the replacement wasn’t good either. The second time I ordered here was no slip I ended up standing there again.I went off. It’s a shame this place is short of staff with a couple of rude workers. I hope this place get better in time. Customer service training is needed and team leaders are necessary. A change in this location is a must or I’ll be skipping this place every time.

I swear the manager should re-fix the rules for this store, he or she shouldn't allow unnecessary people to come into the cafe and harass the customers, who actually comes there to relax and enjoy their drinks and treats. That's not fair that you guys allow that typical nonsense, there should be a new policy for that, or try to hire a security to keep drama like that away. Stop letting people who aren't there to drink or eat to hog up the seats!

I was waiting at the front to order and no one was there at the time. As I waited, the cashier arrived did not acknowledge me and continue to speak with he coworker to log in to the register.I work in the customer service field myself. The cashier could have recognize me waiting for some assistance and assure me it will take a while instead of me standing there having no information on what’s happening. I just walked out.

They “open” at 6am but the door is locked & you have to wait outside in the cold until your order is ready. Very inconvenient when it’s
