Poor service, ever since the last store manager left this store seems to be hanging on by a thread. No one seems happy in this store walking in feels like a dark cloud comes over you now. Jorge really brightened mine and my wife’s day when we would come in. Now Starbucks feels super transactional there’s no human to human connection everything feels rushed. The morning crew is terrible now. The main guy in the morning Jesson seems to be forcing a kind persona now where as before it seemed natural. The new store manager Steven is terrible. Who ever decided to put this man is charge has poor judgment and should not be in an executive management role. He’s rude, extremely arrogant and seems to enjoy belittling his staff. I don’t know if anyone from Starbucks reads these but I hope someone sees this and does something about this new store manager I will never return to starbucks after witnessing his behavior towards customers and associates. Also Jorge had great control over managing the homeless population now there’s always a homeless guy in the store acting like they run the show. Make Starbucks great again bring back the old team Jorge you’re missed here buddy! I’m sure I’m not the only one who wants the old manager back !

This location is a nice size but they often run out of cold brew.

Went to this location two times. Was not able to get anything because the wait is more than 20 minutes. Don't waste your time or lunch break. I would give it -1 star. I spoke with Latino male supervisor, and his attitude was not attentive at all; or concerned about my concern with the wait time. He was too busy with his employee lady who also gave me a very nasty look when I asked for the supervisor.

The people who work here are so rude and act like they don’t see you when you need to ask for a straw. Just put it out for people to have access if you’re going to act like you’re too good to take a second to acknowledge people in the waiting area. Or go work at a job with a skill that doesn’t require you to be guest facing. I hate how run down this new place is because the staff here are miserable.

My name is Kristen. I use the same name on the Starbucks app. Yesterday after 7pm, I ordered a drink from the bar using the app. When the barista called out my name, he didn't pronounce it correctly. He didn't even slow down & try. I have a pretty common name. This kid spoke English fluently. So, I felt insulted & disrespected. His supervisor, the one with the big muscles & tattoo with the eye, refused to hear me out. One's name is one's identity. When they have a common name that's easy to pronounce, & the other person doesn't slow down & try to say it correctly, it's disrespect to their identity. I made a complaint to SBUX customer service. I'm posting it here too because I know some complaints don't get read or communicated to the baristas & shift supervisors.

There’s a newer person of authority in the store I was told his name is Steven by one of the baristas. He is a tyrant he speaks to the employees like they are animals misbehaving. I’ve been coming to this store for a very long time Jorge generally hires great people who make me feel great coming in to this store. I also love the supervisor with the cute laugh Caitlyn and my favorite barista is Samantha she always draws something beautiful on my cup. But this guy Steven needs to go maybe car sales is more the feel I get for him. Also there’s another guy named Jason I think who is normally really good but seems overwhelmed as of lately and not really on his A game. I overheard him complaining to other employees and his complaints were extremely unprofessional. I’d probably return when that new guy is gone until then I’ll be taking my money to the location on Pelham parkway.

I like people working here. About months ago I came in such a bad mood, almost crying. And the girl was such friendly and then the guy making my coffee. Today I came again and all them were nice again. From all Starbucks I’ve been this one is my favorite.

Although in cafe service can be spotty, I've found their handling of mobile orders satisfactory. If the company wants to promote staying longer (by offering free brewed coffee refills) the lack of a public restroom for customers is a negative!

Bruh I paid $40 for an order for delivery and they made 2 of my drinks incorrectly. Online customer service sucks bc they won’t even connect and I wanted to get refund. Idk if they’re busy or just got lazy but cmon. Starbs is already expensive, I would like a complete order. Only ordering in person from now on🫤

A couple of nice people here and the space has(had?) potential but ultimately some laughably bad customer service. Full-fledged conversations while customers wait to order, incorrect orders, stares of discontent and annoyance from the staff. It feels like work ordering here.

If you’re going to this location ask for Desire! Her service and kindness was exceptional.
