Star bucks coffee is average. But the staff is so professional and kind all the time. And there is no restroom for customers.

Just about the worst service ever for an overpriced mediocre coffee. Very rude baristas. Common sense is not common! Serving a HOT drink with no sleeve, then ignoring a customer when asking for one, as if i didn't PAY for my drink is beyond me. last time i visit this location.

This review is about Gina! I hardly leave reviews but this woman deserves a special shoutout . I hardly visit this location because it’s out of my way but this is the 2 nd time I’ve come in and Gina is at the register. I watched her greet customers by name with a big smile on her face. She was kind and from our short interaction I can tell she’s such a genuine person. I lost my dad a few weeks ago and I didn’t mention that to her but they say be kind you never know what someone is going through. Gina you rock !!

Terrible terrible terrible service. over 20 minute wait for a simple latte. People that came after me and ordered at the register got their order before me AND I ordered on the app. I didn’t even get the latte I had to ask for a refund because 20 minutes for one latte is crazy! There’s a Dunkin close by I suggest you just go there. Dunkin was busier and I received my order six minutes after ordering! I also ordered a cheese danish, at least that was good

Baristas are rude as hell. Would see you standing there and not even acknowledge you or ask what you’re waiting for. Placed a mobile order and completely forgot about my order apparently. Tried to ask the barista and she acted like she didn’t hear me. Walked over to the tablet to then check and say it’s coming up. After 20 MINUTES. 0/10. Starbucks is WAY too expensive for the workers to be acting like that. And they see me order multiple drinks and food and don’t even offer a tray or bag???? Common sense no?
Usually here early. I like what I see and think it worth a visit.

Came here a couple days ago to get some schoolwork done, especially cause I live nearby. The environment is very spacious, but it was extremely dirty and not well maintained. Given the spacing I figured there would be more seating options and tables. There is only three outlets in the store. On the long table in the center. There was only one chair, for a table that could seat up to a dozen. When I come to Starbucks, especially to get work done, I want to be comfortable. And that was the complete opposite in the few mins I spent here the other day.

There’s outlets that are intentionally disconnected. Don’t come if you’re trying to treat is as it’s advertised (as a cafe.)
