I used to always order at this location before going to work in the morning. I stopped ordering here because the staff is very slow and have no sense of urgency with the customers. Today I placed an order 20mins before going to pick up. I got there and had to wait another 15mins for a drink and ended up leaving because the I had already missed 2 trains waiting for the drink. Please coach the team on some sense of urgency

My drink was delicious, but I also had a brownie. The brownie could have been better, but that's not on the baristas that's from wherever they get them from. I did have to wait longer than expected to get my drink, (although there wasn't anyone in front of me, just a mobile order), but I made my bus so I didn't really mind.
Good place to sit and enjoy a coffee.
