It would be a 10/10 place with good vibes and good service if they had better management :/. Loved the cashiers and the bartenders sucks that they have to deal with such shitty management

I enjoy going to starbucks for one specific drink all the time and occasionally I will indulge in a pastry. I ordered my pastry on the app, not warmed. However once I went in the store I went to the register and reiterated the ordered I placed and emphasized ”Not to warmed it”. After waiting for almost 15 minutes. I see the cashier place the pastry I ordered in the oven. I literally said to myself “No one is that yours after I spoke with her, of course it was my order. I advise her of her mistake and she literally came back with the pastry no sticker/name on the bag and tossed it on the counter. Silly of me not to get her name. Outside of me getting my same drink all the time I really enjoy the connections I build with each Barista that serves me because I love good Customer service especially in the industry of service. I was highly disappointed with the experience I just encountered. This location must do better with their customer service.

Very disappointed with the service I received on Easter day, I ordered a drink on the app (around 2 pm) I arrived at Starbucks & waited for 5 mins. The drink was not made & the barista had not even started making the drink. I politely git the barista’s attention. I informed her that the drink was supposed to be ready several mins ago. She said that they were “backed up” & still did not even start making the drink. I told her that I either need it to be made now or a refund. The woman told me that I had to wait because, “I’m not doing mobile orders now”. I told her that I would not wait because it was my sister’s birthday. She needs a customer service lesson, very unprofessional. Do not tell customers what to do! Another (nicer) staff member lead me to the register & even asked the first woman if she was going to make the drink. & she refused! Then the other employee began attempting to do my return. It was a nightmare! I asked if I could give her my debit card because I paid with apple pay & would have had to look for the card on my phone. She told me that she needed to scan the barcode in the app. 😫 & the app had logged me out. Plus I could not recall my password. She could not even put the credit on a giftcard. Eventually the lady made me my drink & even gave me a pup cup. This store needs to improve their professionalism. If you are understaffed turn off your mobile orders! Do not waste the time of your customers!

This Starbucks is where the rejected workers end up. How u never have cold brew in the am, super hood attitudes and unprofessional and just…yuck! Don’t waste your time here. Go to eastchester rd if you can.

Terrible service experience at this location today. I am a regular and have never witnessed service soooooo bad.
I was refused service by Eli and was given a nasty attitude from the other employee the entire time. That will be the last time I come to this location.
