My drink was delicious, but I also had a brownie. The brownie could have been better, but that's not on the baristas that's from wherever they get them from. I did have to wait longer than expected to get my drink, (although there wasn't anyone in front of me, just a mobile order), but I made my bus so I didn't really mind.

Prepare to wait at least 30, 40 minutes for your drink even when mobile ordered. It's a shame they're completely understaffed and obviously miss managed. The store used to be good when it first opened and some of the senior employees are great, but it outweighs the overall experience.

Spacious area, pleasant music atmosphere, busy atmosphere. Not many seats. Tables seem to be missing a few chairs. This may be as a result the previous pandemic seating arrangements. Baristas are very efficient EXCEPT the food area. You might get your drink in 2-3 minutes, but the food might take an additional 10 minutes. Very busy between 7-9 AM and 3:30-6PM.
This place gave me diarrhea for eight months straighttttttttee do NOT do not recommend never coming back here NEVERR again…

It was prefect. But they need to do better when announcing name. They will just leave your drinks on the side of the counter where you can’t read your name and let it get cold.

They never have mobile pick up and the morning staff is rude and nasty to the older lady that works cashier. As a customer if I can see, hear, and feel the discrimination towards this sweet lady some serious Intervention is needed. Also the exchange of drinks is tense they basically slap your cup down and turn their backs while announcing your name. The lack of consistency when crafting drinks is also annoying to deal with as a customer. I spent over 15 minutes here from 8:15-8:35am waiting for 1 simple drink just to find it was made incorrectly. Not acceptable for the busy hub location this Starbucks is in.
