Baristas can’t make a drink if their lives depended on it. They take forever to make a drink. Crap. Orderd a lavender match oat milk drink and they added zero lavender

Ive been to this location couple times before, no problem. But i had to leave a bad review because i ordered a brown sugar oatmilk cortado and the brista forgot to add the brown sugar syrup. you spent $6 plus dollars to get a drink that doesn't taste good...
I don’t know if it is because the workers are rushing or just don’t pay attention but 50% of the time something is wrong with the order, especially with drive thru. They either give you the wrong size or leave out flavoring, even when being super specific when giving them the order.

I'm very upset, first off this location had a sign on the door stated no indoor ordering, I wait for 15 mins to get to the drive thru area for the cashier to tell me they had NO HOT DRINKS AT ALL. THAT THE EXPRESSO MACHINE WAS DOWN.. WHY NOT PUT THAT ON THE FRONT DOOR . WHY WASTE MY TIME
Excellent place, having someone who speaks fluent Spanish would be much better in a multilingual country without an official language

I've been working on a house flip near this location and the girl in the morning is on point. I donot remember names but I'm sure she's the manager!! ...when I go in the evenings however it's bad customer service. The people are talking to one another on the earpieces instead of paying attention. To the customers walking in the door or making the drinks correctly.

Very rude service. I go to Starbucks daily sometimes twice a day. I asked for a venti cup of ice to go with my nitro cold brew. First the supervisor Ashley tells me it’s company policy that they cannot give a venti cup of ice. I responded I’ve never had an issue at any Starbucks even internationally to get a venti cup of ice. I asked to speak to the manager Jen. She had a worst attitude. Completely dismissed my request and did nothing to try to fix the issue. Will not be returning to this Starbucks.

Don't order anything with coconut milk, my coffee had chunks in it. How long did they keep the coconut milk for it to be chunky. ?. Within 20 minutes I was vomiting on the side of the road.

I have been coming to this location for as long as i can remember but lately, I have been getting extremely irritated from the lack of service. The store manager I believe the name is Jen has quite the attitude. When trying to express certain issues the situation isn't dealt with correctly. This store needs better management as I feel like the environment feels negative instead of welcoming.
