Good people, very popular and customers are regulars. Great service and drinks. Needs more space though. Restrooms should be limited to customers only. Non paying customers waiting in line for the bathroom ruin the ambiance.

Came in to use the bathroom for my 5 year old. Didn’t realize they reversed the bathroom policy, now limiting the bathroom to paying customers. Bought a canned drink since I wasn’t looking to buy anything. Then the bathrooms were out of service

I come to Starbucks in bay Laza and the girl taking my order and i want the half&half but see give me the different one and charge me more 0.80 cent normally I don’t pay for that and I asking the girl to expand for me what different and she has attitude and at the end still give me order not I want 😡

I ordered Two Caramel Ribbon Frappes for my sister and I with sweet cream and extra drizzle. Shay took the order and was very pleasant. However, both Frappe were terrible. They were not made with sweet cream or had the drizzle I requested. It was bitter and tasted more like iced coffee than what a blended Frappuccino is to taste like especially when made with Sweet Cream. This is my Normal order of a Frappuccino made with sweet cream and extra drizzle. It was the most disgusting drink I’ve ever had at Starbucks and as I said before Frappuccino is my favorite drink and I ALWAYS order it the same way every time.

Seems like the staff here isn’t happy to work ; this specific shift on this day @ this specific timing. Management needs to do better it also seems like the employee LION was more aggressive than welcoming. It’s okay I only came for coffee no confrontations, sad experience thou. Spending nearly $65 and still getting treated poorly is shocking.
