The Starbucks at Bay Plaza has the best team! Every single time my colleague and I stop by in the morning, we’re greeted with such positive energy and great service.

Shout out to Lynn, Desi, Jenn, Eli, and Meshech, this crew is always happy, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They truly go above and beyond to make sure our orders are right and that we start our day on a good note.

It’s more than just coffee. it’s the experience. They make our mornings something to look forward to, and we really appreciate all of them for their kindness, professionalism, and great vibes. Keep up the amazing work! ☕️👏

This is for Store #49450-269264 Bay Plaza being there are 2. I was on the drive thru on Saturday Jan 17 about 5:10pm the car in front of me was ordering many items. I decided to go inside thinking there is no line it may be faster. I ordered my drink receipt says 5:15. One guy making all the drinks. While there are 2 girls at the drive thru window talking away looking through one phone. Then another guy came out and start talking away with the girls. Now you have 3 employees having a conversation with one guy making drinks. Now I am a avid Starbucks drinker at least 3 times a week. This is not my normal store either. So I went over to the guy making drinks and asked for the Manager its 5 minutes later and the three are still chatting away. The guy replied Why, I said there are 3 people over there talking away and your the only one making drinks. Very rudely he said there is no Manager and I would have to wait my turn for my drink. I demanded a refund of my purchase and left at this point. Then my drink was ready as he was handing it to me I told he to I don' want it i want my money back. Along with the girls one was screaming at me that she was doing her job. Returning back to my car I checked my app and it was only a few items refunded. I went back in and got the rest of my refund. This whole process was 15 minutes. Let me point out Starbucks My family has worked for Starbucks for many years. I know there is a Store/Shift Manager at all times in the store. I know employees are not allowed to be phones or watches that go with the phone they have to be removed. I know everyone is trained at making drinks, register, cleaning ect. Everyone can do everything!!!! So why was there one person making drink while 3 other are conversating and playing on the phone. I want that jb to get paid to hang out!!

I can't quite explain why, but this place feels totally different in the morning compared to the afternoon and evening. In the mornings, the team is almost always spot-on—hardworking, dedicated, even when things get busy, they're greeting customers and pushing out drinks as soon as possible. But come afternoon and night, it feels like a whole different story. The staff are glued to their phones, completely distracted, and it shows in the way they act around customers, like they don't care at all. Honestly, it’s baffling—are you not at work? If you want a good experience, come in the morning. I’ll just find another spot for my after-work drink.

I absolutely love Starbucks coffee. The store sells quality food of all sorts which are carefully made. I especially love the fluffiness of my tea after it is prepared with a tinge of milk. They also heat up the food before serving which makes it nice and hot. The service is excellent by the staff who work very hard and the overall experience is excellent. Sometimes I would sit for hours in the store devouring and being among customers which is a good feeling. I have also studied in this store many times.

Meshech drive thru he is very nice and Pleasant every time I go there in the mornings he makes me feel very comfortable he will welcome me in good arms and helps me out as the best he can I appreciate his work and I will always come back. From Monique the hot chocolate lady lol

I suffer from chronic migraines and have been drinking more coffee than usual these days and having extra kindness really helps! Marvin and Zach always go out of their way to welcome me and remember my order. I have seen them do this with a handful of customers as well. They also work with a team of awesome individuals as well! Thanks for being amazing!

I just left the drive-through and got a strawberry ACAI lemonade drink, and I believe that they spit in my drink because me and the manager had a back-and-forth through the drive-through monitor because I didn't like his tone of a voice. I feel like he was talking to me aggressively. I work in food as well and when I got to my job, we poured out the drink and the spit was at the bottom of the cup. It's like they spit and then mixed it. With the ingredients of the drink. I want to speak to a corporate or his manager because he was stating he's the manager

I love coming here ! mostly everybody is swift, friendly, and a great team !! however .. today i ordered on the app and was waiting 10 extra minutes after arriving 7 minutes after i ordered . The young lady making the online drinks was not focused and looked she was otp hiding her AirPod in her headset I couldn’t see her name properly but Alycia i believe is what i saw on her name tag .. i understand work isn’t your life but if there’s drinks to be made you lock in.
