The lady who took my order was very nice and polite. My coffe and the snacks I ordered were good. It inside of target so there not a large area to sit but overall it was good.

Horrible. I went there after food shopping and saw that it was closed around 1:30pm. I spoke to the security guard before leaving and she said that they are probably on lunch but to ask one of them when they’ll come back. I went back and approached a young man with his back turned at the counter and asked him when they’ll return from break, and he tells me 4:00. You mean to tell me your staff takes over two hours for lunch?? There needs to be an adult supervisor at this location, because the inconsistency is crazy.

They closed at 7 PM even though online it says closing soon at 8 PM. And sometimes they’re a little generous closing at 7:30 PM. I don’t appreciate the inconsistency.

I will give zero stars if it was an option. Employees are rude and have bad attitudes towards customers. This is definitely the worst Starbucks I've ever been. And the food and coffee are served as careless as thier employees. As much as I love Starbucks they should close this one altogether 🤦🏻‍♀️

I been to many Starbucks state wise and out of state, however this one have the Worse service ever! They close at 8 “ “ supposedly but at 7pm on the dot they have all lights off and everything shut down. Manager is very rude with nasty attitude! Supervisor needs to address this issue immediately!!

Convient because inside of target.

On the hand one of the worse locations. Always out of stock of the syrup for the cold drinks. Cashier never tells you before you pay but they mention it after payment if I prefer something else.

This location needs a manager and shift supervisor who keeps track of the inventory before/after opem/close.

I always order my favorite drink, hot green tea, when I visit Starbucks. It's a drink I often order. However, on this particular visit, I was taken aback when the Starbucks employee looked me in the eyes and informed me that they typically don't sell hot green tea, only the cold version. Not only did this make me question my own sanity, but it also turned out that the employee was mistaken the whole time. Despite being wrong, he didn't even have the decency to apologize. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by both the Hispanic male and the African American woman who took my order. Their behavior was noticeable and concerning. On a positive note, another woman recognized the issue and apologized on their behalf. However, it's important for everyone to strive for better service and conduct themselves in a more professional manner.

The girl who gave me my order was giving me an attitude even tho I waited for so long, she was making the orders from people that where behind me, and when she made my drink which I order peppermint mocha, she made me a different drink and I said “that’s not my order I order peppermint mocha” and with an attitude she said “ why didn’t you said so am doing your drink and you don’t say nothing” i was in shock didn’t know I have to tell them how to make the order right and I told her to ask the cashier cause he even ask if I wanted the normal peppermint mocha I said yes, actually the guy was nice it was this girls who was giving an attitude for no reason how would I know she was making my drink after she been doing other peoples drink before mine, even one coworker show her in the cup it say peppermint mocha and while putting the flavor she kept saying “ you should tell me you seeing am doing it and you don’t say nothing” I was in disbelieve that this girl is giving this attitude for nothing I kept telling her to ask the cashier what I order and she kept saying that, it was a bad experience with this girl and she handed the drink with a nasty attitude am paying for a drink am not paying for her nasty attitude.
