Today I had the blessing of coming across 3 of the finest barista in town Darius, Manuel & Tyler! I was gruel having the worst day and these 3 gentlemen perked me up with kindness and grace! I would come back here everyday for them if I can! Being a manger and knowing this field isn’t ez they handle me with grace!
Their coffee is always good. And when they make my order it's on point. I love that very much. The place is nice, clean. That's a plus. But I think they need help with the crowd meaning more staff on shift, of taking orders and serving the ones in the store, then dealing with the drive-thru. Because its a line during rush hr in the store. I know their is a pandemic but rush hour time the line is technically almost out the door. But its a nice starbucks.
Drinks are made good but their customer service and their attitude is mediocre. One or 2 are cool, but the rest not so much. It’s unfortunate and shouldn’t be acceptable. As a former starbucks employee myself (Rockefeller plaza), we should hold high regards to customers and ensure they are happy with our performance. It’s not representing myself or current and former employees who do their best to make customers happy without a harsh attitude.
