Service is horrible and very, very slow, after being online for like 10 minutes waiting another 10 minutes for my coffee and my my danish that I had to take out cold because I had to leave and catch my train and I walked out with a cold. Danish and the coffee sucks.

Ordered "light ice", got extra ice instead. There was so much ice I finished my drink in less than 5 sips...Biggest waste of money. This is the worst Starbucks in NYC. Never had this much ice anywhere- what are we paying for? Drink or ice? They just poured the small amount of "extra" drink down the sink, which may have been an extra 2 sips, but got extra ice instead. It wasn't even the right color, much paler than it usually is at other locations. Stingy AF. Who trains these people?

I was at starbucks for more than 10min waiting on a black coffee something simple and I had to leave my order behind because it wasn't done poor customer service for a Starbucks that a lot of people.go.too they should be a bit faster especially with the morning orders when people have to go to work

I ordered the caramel brulee large and they gave it to me in a medium cup causing it to drip all over my jacket . I asked for a straw as instructed and they where’ out of straws which is understandable , but putting it in the wrong cup they could have said they where out of large cups if that was the case ! . Also it didn’t taste like it was supposed to . Get it together people !!

Its about a 30% chance they make your drink right at this starbucks. Some of the workers are really nice but some of them get annoyed at you for THEIR mistakes. I dont know what i did wrong by just ordering my drink? I get that it can be annoying if the customer makes a mistake that you have to fix but if its the other way around you really cant be mad
