This store has uts on and off days. You will be lucky to get exactly what you paying for. And they take forever to make your order. Even with 5 servers, if they not bust talking. I hate that I pay almost $10 for a drink for it to be almost always wrong and for them to have an attitude when you ask for them to do it over.

This Starbucks is not that nice. It’s clean enough, but the servers couldn’t care less about you or your drink. I mean they *make* the drink but not the way you ordered it, and certainly not with any Starbucks trademark courtesy and friendliness. Maybe they’re burnt out from all the jerks in the world who probably aren’t very nice to them either when ordering 😢 I’m editing my review to also add how stressful and annoying it is for fellow customers to have loud conversations on their speakerphones. Why is this allowed in a coffee shop?

Horrible service from Night Manager and her employees. I'm a regular and I was asked to leave. I was told if i dont have a drink I have to get out....exact words...
I was told if I come at night time my drink from the day hours does not count. I have to buy another drink from the time I visit even ifs the night of the same day. Its a policy, which I never heard of until yesterday.
Since my business is not appreciated here as a regular, I have already found another coffee spot I can do work at and will not be returning to this Starbucks on Jerome Avenue.

They really need to train their baristas. Almost all of them dont know how to make decent coffees , and for the price we pay they need to have better train baristas.
