The baristas are friendly, place is clean and enough seats... One suggestion: the music is way too loud- I can't hear what the barista asked me and can't hear what my friend was telling me,sitting across from me,had to shout. Please turn down the music a few decibals.

A disappointment every time, the drinks are heavily iced and always diluted, I only order when I get a sb crave and end up mad every time bc I get more ice than drink, this is the only sb that constantly does this

I am disappointed with the decline in customer service at this location and will no longer be getting my coffee here. This is unfortunate, as it is the closest Starbucks to me. I have noticed that many baristas at this location often display an unprofessional attitude, even when my order is not made correctly. Given the nearly $6 cost per coffee, I expect my order to be prepared accurately. Therefore, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I ordered my drink with no one else in line in front of me, and it took them over 10 minutes to make it. Everytime I asked about its status, the barista just said, "It's coming up. "
