I order here frequently however the staff don’t know what there doing I asked for a iced drink not hot, not only did she repeat my order to make sure it was correct she had the audacity to try and charge me extra for her mistake so I payed the difference I have already waited around 20 minutes for my drink…not only that I asked for cold foam and I didn’t get any and once again told me I needed to pay extra when I already payed for it . Do better

I have Six Month going to this Starbucks Location with My 5 Month Dog & And Today Out Alll The Day The ( Black Old Lady ) Wanna say something about my Dog cause a new worker i guess i dont like dog ... first of all Starbucks it PetFriendly If you scared of Dogs I Aint You Shouldnt Work At Starbucks Cause That Aint That Place For You ' But The Black Old Lady After Six Momth Seeining My Dog And Being Fake Friendly To My Dog & Today To Say Something Its Super Crazy she Should Be Home Not Working !!! -100 Yall Need To Change The Whole Staff Crew Yall 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I ordered a grande pink drink through the uber eats app and I received a drink that was not what I ordered. It was neither pink and it had no strawberry inclusions. I don’t understand what happened. Do the baristas not know how to make the drinks? This came from the Starbucks on Fordham.

This Starbucks always delivers a great experience! The staff is super friendly, fast, and welcoming every time I stop by. My order is always made perfectly, whether it’s a hot latte or a refreshing iced drink. The location is clean, organized, and has a nice atmosphere to relax or get work done. I also love how consistent and efficient they are, even during busy hours. Definitely one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. highly recommend this spot!

If someone orders a brown sugar venti shaken espresso with 4 shots of espresso in it what makes you think they would want the drink to be the color of MILK and taste like MILK & WATER. Train your staff better on how to make a proper drink this is ridiculous.

Great new place and vibe! This place has been renovated and designed just for us loyal customers. I stopped by today just to grab a bite and a drink. The matcha latte is sweet and just right, and the breakfast menu is appealing. I got the sausage, cheddar and egg sandwich. The food is delicious. Will come back for another day at work.

I love coming to this Starbucks location because of the service and the way most of them make my drink. My two favorite Baristas are Angel & Amani. They are always welcoming and friendly. There is another Barista that I enjoy as well but I can’t remember his name, but in my mind I call him fun hair. Lol. Keep up the great work A Team.
