I had a horrible experience here this morning! As expensive as Starbucks is, I placed a mobile order, my name was never called. I waited over 15 minutes for my Ham & Cheese croissant and I still didn’t get it. I left the store without my food because I would’ve been late for work which was my sole purpose for even ordering ahead! I will be calling corporate as I feel like I was racially profiled.

All the worker are super sweet if they seem a bit angry or down you have to understand they are working 8 hours+ making drinks etc so don't think it's towards you cause all the staff are super cool on an easy going day their service is tops food and drinks great not always 100% but still always good and the atmosphere is pretty quiet unless you go after school hours than it's flooded with loads of kids and parents.

This location tends to get a bit crowded since it is right across from Fordham University and at the very center of Fordham Road. The workers are nice and work as fast as possible together to get in-house and Mobile orders done and moving as quickly and correctly as they can.

I never leave reviews but the last 2 times I’ve been I ordered a latte (straight off the menu, no alterations) and they didn’t even put the syrup in - it’s just the bare minimum?‍♀️

The coffee was good so I gave 3 stars. BEWARE they don't wear gloves and their hands are all over your food. I actually sat next to the area they were cooking the food and watched them for 30 minutes. Not one single employee wore gloves and touched all food directly with their dirty hands. Never again ? nasty. To this Star Bucks manager. Shame on you for not training your employees to wear gloves!!!! ? Not once did I see them wash their hands!!! smh

It is currently 10:30 am and this store is closed on a sunday. Great job Starbucks. Unacceptable because there is a group of atleast 10 people waiting for answers because it says it should b open at 9AM!
