the food was okay but the service was so bad they were so rude and slow acting like we don’t have anywhere to go and they were not making out drink even tho they had made all the other drinks (the same drink as well) and don’t make ours. This is incredibly stupid. I’ve been here 3 times and 3 times I waited forever to get my food. I don’t recommend I don’t rlly care what they say but they were refusing to make my drink even after I said it. Even if it was a little busy other places I’ve went that was busier places and got my other in less then 10 minutes. Also I went to pick it up as well

I go to this Starbucks location all the time. And they never disappoint me. I always order my ice caramel macchiato with my croissant ham and Swiss cheese. The crew members and the managers are all nice and very polite. The service is Amazing!. And the atmosphere is always calm, peaceful and joyful. Also, they will make your order as soon as it's in the system. They don't keep you waiting for long, and very clean. Ya' guys are amazing keep up the incredible work and service you guys offer. Thank you so much for taking care me every time I go.🤗👏💯🏆

Best Starbucks Experience in the Bronx
I’ve had my share of rough experiences at Bronx Starbucks locations, but this visit completely reversed that streak. This was the best Starbucks experience I’ve had in the Bronx, hands down.
Special thanks to the associate I believe is named Laukyu (apologies if the spelling isn’t exact). She was fantastic! We accidentally selected the wrong location for a mobile order pickup, and she swiftly fixed the issue and handed us the exact order we placed. She was not only efficient but also incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. Her demeanor and problem-solving left a lasting impression — she deserves a promotion for the excellent service she provided.
The drinks were on point as well. The entire team nailed it. Kudos to the Baristas for the hospitality.
Thank you all for making this experience memorable. Because of the courtesy and professionalism shown by Laukyu, we will definitely be returning to this location. Looking forward to our next visit!

This is the worst Starbucks in the Bronx. They never get the order right at the drive through. Seems like they don’t give a damn and do whatever they feel like. Every single time I make the mistake of going to this dump , they never get the order right. My recommendations to these zeros is go to the Starbucks in Bronxville and learn what true service is !

I stopped going here during the Holidays when I went to pick up 20 gift cards at around 7pm for my associates. I ordered at the window and the female said I needed to come inside for them. I went inside and the male at the counter, who stated he was the manager, rudely told me to hurry up and pick out the cards because they were getting ready to close. When I told him he didn't look qualified to be a manager with his demeanor and lack of professionalism, the two young females went on to be just as rude and disrespectful as he was. After getting the cards and checking them in my car, I was missing 3 cards so I went back to get them and suddenly, he lowered his guard because I told them I was going to contact their corporate office. My daughter's, grandkids and I often picked up our drinks and food from this freestanding location at the Hutch and this night was the last time we visited. They are very unprofessional and immature. The service is not worth the money we spend nor the stress.

Do not go here if you want any decent service or to work
