I ordered a cold brew there was more dairy than coffee and then when I re-ordered it I got basically a cup full of ice and barely any coffee or cream. That was a waste of money yesterday and time I didn’t have time to get it remade a third time so I just had my sad ass couple sips of coffee and threw out the cup of ice.

Never had problem with service from this location. I go here because I leave close and Starbucks by Target always have issues with either their machines or they just don’t have the ingredients for specific drinks. I’ve been coming in this Starbucks since they opened. Whenever I go this location, the place also looks clean. But the atmosphere do change when highschool students from across the street and some students from middle school gather in this location during dismissal to ask for water or what not. But today, was the 3rd time and the last day that I learned my lesson on not coming during dismissal (between 2-4pm). Getting your phone and your drinks knocked down while trying to swerve your way out from pile of students and getting cursed out is not a scene I would want to put myself through. The location need to established some boundaries when students hangout so customers don’t get turned off in coming here.

every single time on uber eats i request a straw and they never put it. and i also always pay extra for no h20 extra strawberry açaí and they always make it with a lot of water

The reasons I am no longer using this Starbucks: 1. Inconsistent service - one day your service will be good and the very next day they will 100% mess up the exact same order from the prior days 2. If they mess up your order they will offer to give you what they lacked, whether a syrup or more milk on the side, instead of remaking your cappuccino or latte. 3. Customer never seems to be right when there are discrepancies via drive thru - may be they need to upgrade their audio equipment Good luck at this location

Since when did a coffee shop become the club?! I come to Starbucks to work. Zone out.. expect the usual calm zen music in the backround. This place is so loud. Music featuring this generations top favorites like their in the spot on a Saturday night. They all yell across the room to each other, laugh loudly like they are not at work in a professional environment .Yes, have fun.. but there is a balance. Your guests are irritated by how loud you all are. On top of this, there are no chairs by the outlets. You have to literally drag your table ( no one helps you) to charge your electronics. never again.
