I ordered five drinks from this store and three were Cinnamon Dolce Lattes, and they gave me gingerbread lattes instead. Mistakes happen, but when I went back to the store to get it corrected, the attitude I got from the entire staff—including the manager—was unbelievable.

They were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was lying about the mistake. One employee even said, “Just give it to him, I don’t know if he paid or whatever,” right in front of me. Completely unprofessional.

I’m a daily Starbucks coffee drinker, sometimes even twice a day, and I have never had an experience like this.

For someone who spends money here every single day, this was honestly disappointing. This location needs serious customer service training, because the way they treated me was unacceptable.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Not only they were rude but the drinks I ordered were so bad. I have order Starbucks all my life but never had this problem. How can you messed up a coffee order? How? And messed up two times ? With three drink !!! Very frustrating to see and taste. The worst customer service I’ve ever had.

The absolute worst Starbucks in all the 5 borough!! The blk server with dreads was more worried about his co-worker squirting whip cream in a cup for him to eat with his pointer finger in front of customers than making the nasty tasting drink he finally prepared for me. If you don't believe me supervisor please take a look at the footage at about 7:30ish on 10/30/25!! Absolutely horrible day at Starbucks, I don't know if I will ever be the same. I pay with my hard earned money for these drinks, not one Starbucks is EBT friendly!!!

I’m a bit disappointed @ the fact I wasn’t acknowledge as a customer. So I walked in and I was looking to see what I wanted order standing a few feet away from the register so they knew I wasn’t ready yet to order. Even standing there there was no greeting no welcome, I figure in there defense they are keeping things clean, whipping things down. Mind you no one was near the register. Meaning other customers. when i was ready to order I walked up to the register. I looked at the lady behind the counter she clearly saw me and ignored me. As I’m standing there giving her enough time to address me, a gentlemen walks In he is acknowledge immediately by same lady who is much closer to me behind the counter.
I’m disappointed because I also work in the service industry and I at least acknowledge customers from the door at least. Now they might come up with some bs saying they didn’t acknowledge me bc I had headphone on but there were off powered off Do better my ppl
Maybe I have to join a Starbucks fan club to be acknowledged like the gentleman that walked in after me.

No line when I came. Store was clean and smelling good. Ordered myself a pick me up after eating next door. Please be advised hey are doing construction outside so may be hard to park in front

Asked for water for my 6 year old daughter who was thirsty…….. I was told to go to the grocery store after I was made aware of the change in policy. Young lady was rude and condescending. Went back up stairs and bought water in 5 Below.

This is the second time THE MAIN FOOD ITEM was missing from my order
The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt
But I order a month later & the same thing
It’s just Carelessness or honestly stupidity
So I have to order and repay the fees so they are messing with peoples pockets for lack of attention

Love my Starbucks Baristas. The staff is polite always welcoming. The drinks are always on point. I have been coming here for three years I know the workers by name and they know me by name and order. Love my morning crew.

I haven’t been inside here just yet and I ordered my food from the app and the food taste delicious. And the vanilla Frappuccino with Carmel drizzle on top is my first time trying that and it’s delicious. And I rate this location 1 Million stars if I could ?… since I live close here.

Cashier made a mistake with my order. I asked for a black tea. The barista made me an iced black tea. When I told her I didn't ask for an iced tea she said I should have specified. What? Anyway she was sweet enough to redo my order. Even though I told her she's the best I'm sure she didn't hear the complement. So I 'm writing in hopes of letting everyone know what great people work here. Must've been a change of management.
