DONT ORDER MORE THAN 2 ITEMS FROM HERE ONLINE
This is the second time THE MAIN FOOD ITEM was missing from my order
The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt
But I order a month later & the same thing
It’s just Carelessness or honestly stupidity
So I have to order and repay the fees so they are messing with peoples pockets for lack of attention

Love my Starbucks Baristas. The staff is polite always welcoming. The drinks are always on point. I have been coming here for three years I know the workers by name and they know me by name and order. Love my morning crew.

I haven’t been inside here just yet and I ordered my food from the app and the food taste delicious. And the vanilla Frappuccino with Carmel drizzle on top is my first time trying that and it’s delicious. And I rate this location 1 Million stars if I could ?… since I live close here.

Cashier made a mistake with my order. I asked for a black tea. The barista made me an iced black tea. When I told her I didn't ask for an iced tea she said I should have specified. What? Anyway she was sweet enough to redo my order. Even though I told her she's the best I'm sure she didn't hear the complement. So I 'm writing in hopes of letting everyone know what great people work here. Must've been a change of management.

Worst customer service at this location ..

I usually take a walk to this Starbucks I do the online order and they are pretty quick. Yesterday I ordered the strawberry açaí drink and for some reason the strawberries were the scrap of the bags when I picked up the order it looked like the strawberry were the last powder in the bag and they put what was left over to make the drink, Not sure why was the rush if the place was pretty empty. I also ordered a vanilla blonde coffee and it was milk with a taste of coffee. The staff is not as friendly as when they first open.

Rating this store 5 stars especially because my experience today was pleasant. I ordered 5 drinks thru the app but it was not packed in a bag; I asked Mr. Jay for a bag but went on extra mile to assist me and even gave an effort to cover all drinks so they wouldn’t spill when I carry them. Thank you!

Very unprofessional
matcha frap is my everyday drink the employee that took care of me had to made the drink twice I exactly ordered Matcha Frapp with oatmeal he gave me regular milk which I can’t drink regular milk , he had an attitude his Name is CHRIS HE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Made me feel very uncomfortable in front of others customers.

It's a Starbucks so you're gonna buy no matter what but FYI, went on a not busy Saturday and had to wait NO EXAGGERATION an hour and ten minutes for four people to figure out how to pour a cup of cold brew.

I ordered on my app an ice coffee. The coffee taste horrible the man who made it was rude when I asked him where the loaf I ordered with the coffee. So then I felt to scared to asked him to fix my drink I walked over to a woman that was standing there and asked her she handed it to him he smash the cup into the sink and was bagging the cabinets and everything while making my coffee. He not wearing his name time right but he is wearing a black cap/visor and black shirt with a green/teal apron his cap/visor had a pin on it and as I was standing there waiting for my coffee to be made inside of putting it my hand as I reach out for it he puts it down on the table. But instead of me getting mad I stood and watch as he gave people there drinks in there hand so it must be that he had a problem with me. As the customer I refused to let this behavior be ok as I also work in hospitality and know that it’s customer service that is welcome customers back. Because of this unprovoked rude behavior towards me I have to leave this review in hopes that his management sees it and correct or train this man on customer service skills.

I went back to ask about the strawberries that were needed for a pink drink, that's what makes the drink delicious, since she only gave me pink lemonade with vanilla cream, but she still didn’t put a touch of strawberries, she only answered you want strawberries on the side, I asked her were you supposed to put them inside and she ignored me. I think it is not fair that they behave like this since it is not cheap for them to give us treatment like that since that cost me $9dls they give a very bad service
