I Went here yesterday with my boyfriend on a date. got 2 hot chocolates and a cake pop. know that it was quite empty. However the service happened to be slow. First off, the hot chocolates tasted very disgusting. The milk tasted expired. And know that i’ve ordered hot chocolates previously at Starbucks. The service was quite slow. I got my cakepop quite late after repeatedly asking. Ive been purchasing Starbucks for years. And unfortunately this was my first unsatisfied experience visiting Starbucks.

I go at this location ones a while.Great staff very busy place.My last visits I had an issue with Eddy he said he was a manager.He assumed I’m someone who always has a issue with the app, in very rude manner. I told him that it must be a mistake because I come very rare here and asked to apologize. He made me feel very uncomfortable and I was there with my daughter. When I offered paying cash he said ok and turned his back!! No apology like I owned him something. Never going there again.I don’t have to spend my money at the place where they don’t respect a costumer.
A Simple pumpkin spice latte should be an easy task but for this location it's not. Granted I did use uber eats but I have never gotten a psl using uber eats that was this bad. it's barely drinkable and no whipped creme. If there's another starbucks close to you like there's one for me, order from that one instead!
