No respect for the Dasher, yet we are also waiting for customer orders, you can come spend more than 30 minutes, it already finds the order it is ready , but pack it and give it to you you will spend a long time
10 minutes to make the order (they only had 1 person on the register) and 7 minutes for the order to come out. The staff seems nice and friendly though.

This is the hardest working team I've seen yet! They handled that huge crowd with grace. Getting all those orders out with a smile. I give them their flowers! It was more 100+ orders at 8:30am and they were moving. It was a little wait ..... but when I see how much they had to deal with and how they were dealing with it, I was fine. I got my chai latte and my banana nut, delicious. Both drink and loaf were hot. It was clean even though it was very busy.

Each time I order from this particular location they always get the order wrong. They do not even try. Uber Eats must be tired of giving me refunds because of this location. They charge but never actually give why you order. They need a a revamp and rehire process. ASAP

This store should be investigated by the NY state attorney general for its false advertising and refusing to honor policies displayed at the register. Eve, the supervisor and Nya, the original employee are not only rude, dismissive, and unprofessional but also canāt read apparently. The sign is prominently displayed at the register and they said this policy is not true. While discussing with Eve, Nya also managed to splash me with water from the sink āby accidentā which has never happened to me in any other store! This is a hostile store with employees who cannot read or simply do not wish to serve certain customers. Awful experience and this will be reported because false advertising is illegal.

While buying a coffee just down at the Starbucks there was a female named Naba. I found her to be distracted, unattentive, rude and very unprofessional.

This is my regular Starbucks. During the week, too many employees working, During the weekends, few are working doing more talking and less giving customers their mobile orders

Went into Starbucks this past week when I had the most TERRIBLE experience with this employee named Kay. She was extremely aggressive and mean. Kay made my matcha wrong (added 10 pounds of matcha powder and whole milk when i specifically asked for almond milk as iām lactose intolerant) and when i politely asked for her to remake it she rolled her eyes, smacked her teeth and started talking crap about me under her breath. I went in again early this morning only to receive an even worse attitude than before. If this is the type of atmosphere Starbucks is welcoming when Iām a consistent paying customer, I will not be back. Please stop hiring people that hate their jobs and hate serving people.
