While buying a coffee just down at the Starbucks there was a female named Naba. I found her to be distracted, unattentive, rude and very unprofessional.

This is my regular Starbucks. During the week, too many employees working, During the weekends, few are working doing more talking and less giving customers their mobile orders

Went into Starbucks this past week when I had the most TERRIBLE experience with this employee named Kay. She was extremely aggressive and mean. Kay made my matcha wrong (added 10 pounds of matcha powder and whole milk when i specifically asked for almond milk as i’m lactose intolerant) and when i politely asked for her to remake it she rolled her eyes, smacked her teeth and started talking crap about me under her breath. I went in again early this morning only to receive an even worse attitude than before. If this is the type of atmosphere Starbucks is welcoming when I’m a consistent paying customer, I will not be back. Please stop hiring people that hate their jobs and hate serving people.
Horrible I ordered matcha latte 2 of them with oat milk made it with regular milk didn’t make none of the drinks correctly at all spent enough money and now they don’t want to give a refund disgusting never again.

The worst experience, the employees do everything wrong, they are super slow, they have a bad attitude with customers. The worst of the worst.
HORRIBLE! Got there, ordered, the barista didn’t even asked for my name for the drink, they were walking around doing other stuff but not doing my drink, I waited for 15 minutes and I asked the same guy who took my order if they was gonna make it or not, he said oh yeah it’s coming and then went back to talk with his other two coworkers like I wasn’t there, more people came in, they ordered and received their drink before me, when I hit 25 MINUTES waiting I went to the register and asked for a refund because at that point I didn’t even wanted the drink no more.

I visit this Starbucks a couple of times a week with my son, neither one of us is a coffee drinker but we obviously like some of the drinks here. Last night, a Sunday, we were there and it got busy fast. There were only two guys working, one on reg, the other making drinks. The guy making drinks was obviously overwhelmed. But, I really hope he reads this, I just wanna say he did a great job! He moved fast and got all the orders done (10+) under 15 min. He seemed tired and ready to go, but I just want to say, he worked his butt off and deserves to be recognized. Next time I’m in I’ll get his name and share it here.

I only had my coffee at that place E161 st before the coffee was very good and strong now it’s like water the $1 coffee at the deli store is 100% better
Brown sugar shaken espresso, I asked not to stir the coffee with milk guy had an attitude. I couldn’t finish the coffee is was so bad. People who don’t like their jobs should quit, the milk tasted funny.
