Is this Starbucks open to anyone or do you have to be a student to get a cup of coffee?

Tried to charge me for a cup of water, so as a student I said no and walked away. Will not go here again.

Do they actually have a set of hours, or do they just choose when they want to open and close? I know this is a licensed store, but they put the starbucks name to shame. The majority of their workers are horrible, and they have no clue what their doing when they make drinks. I was pleased to see they had a starbucks representative training some of their employees, but it’s clearly not working well. Definitely the worst the starbucks I’ve ever been to.
