I made a mobile order at 4:45pm, and the estimated time to pick up was 4:52 but wasnt ready until 4:56. I don’t want to sound dramatic because it is understandable that some orders can take longer due to the store being busy…. The store had only 4 costumers and seemed slow especially the new employee girl. I only ordered 2 drinks which shouldn’t had taken long and this employee was slowly making the drinks and was inconsiderate not only that she had an attitude and made my drinks wrong and bad tasting. The hiring manager should be more mindful of the people being hired.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, you have no idea how disappointed I am with this place, it's a waste of time and money. I used to buy my coffee there because it's close to my workplace but lately everything is wrong. They changed the staff and these people, I'm saying this in big letters, ARE NOT PREPARED. First I went with a friend and we ordered a white chocolate mocha and this very rude person kept telling us it's not a mocha, it's mocca. Okay, we said, maybe she was having a bad day. Then, as usual, 15 minutes before leaving my house, I ordered my coffee with a ham and Swiss baguette. They said it would be ready in a certain time. When I arrived 15 minutes later, nothing was ready, not even the baguette. They gave it to me 10 minutes later, and only the baguette. I waited and waited, and they never gave me the coffee. I waited so long that it was time for me to start work. Well, I thought maybe they were in a hurry because there were a lot of people, so the next day I went back. I ordered before leaving my house, they gave me an estimated time for when my order would be ready, and when it arrived, nothing! Only the baguette and not the drink. I waited 25 minutes and nothing. It makes me angry because I'm not only wasting time but also money. This place is definitely becoming the worst Starbucks in the Bronx. I feel sorry for them because they have a good location, but it's time to start finding more qualified staff. I won't be back. there

Came in to order my favorite iced drink forgetting I have a sore throat. Brought it up the barista and they smoothly and quickly changed my drink with no issues. Made my morning super smooth and the drink was perfect. Thank you to the team that helped out! Keep being awesome !

Went in and there was no line. Went to the counter and said hi. Crew did not even acknowledge me and were kind of avoiding eye contact. No hi, hello or we’ll be with you shortly. 2 women working the drinks area and a guy at the food area acted like I wasn’t there. Felt invisible. Had to wait an awkward 3 minutes for the guy to take my order. He apologized but I don’t see the point when they have already made the customer feel unseen. Usually Starbucks employees are nice but not at this location.
