I have never been to a Starbucks where I’ve encountered people who really do treat their customers like family! Customer service is top notch at this location. Every staff member is attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate towards their customers. The environment is welcoming towards every customer!!! I always feel like it’s not an encounter with strangers but an experience with family!! Keep up the amazing work team❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Devins energy was everything I needed this morning honey!! Absolutely amazing customer service! I felt my morning was ruined due to getting a parking ticket but my energy quickly changed upon walking in this store! Thanks devin! Your customer service is absolutely amazing!keep shining!

Bad service, and poorly made drinks.Came here two days in a row and waited forever for a regular coffee with whole milk.Today the ass clown barista team forgot my order completely. It wasn't until I saw/heard someone else order the exact same thing I did and get served right away that I asked for and update. Bathroom is condemned. Go to a deli and get your coffee for $1.

Coffee lukewarm and watered down. Attempts to provide feedback on their app was scripted & circular and seemed design to prevent negative feedback. Given the long trip home, we decided not to go back. Think twice before going to 3503 Johnson Ave, Bronx, NY 10463 or a least verify quality before driving away.Sincerely,Disappointed Longtime Coffee Drinker

NOTE: Starbucks has been damaged since they changed the way they serve the coffee: before you put the milk and other ingredients in it, NOT anymore, we are obliged to drink the coffee as they say... and they are very wrong! Me and many other people have stopped consuming it.?️
I like this Starbucks. It's next to my doctors office and a lot of other good restaurants and stores. The customer service is awesome. They always have a good collection of mugs and travel cups. I have to keep myself from buying because they can be quite expensive. It's always clean and they seem to take orders in a timely manner. It can get crowded at times but they do have an outside seating area for more space to enjoy. I have to say it's a Starbucks worth visiting if you are in the area.

It's your regular Starbucks coffee spot. However what separates this location from others is the staff. The staff here are so cool and down to earth as opposed to other locations.

I'm appalled that there isn't a lower rating option. The service here was terrible they told me to go back to my country and called my friend a terrorist because she wears a hijab. I saw the white woman in the front spit in my drink when she was making it. When they wrote my name on the cup they wrote chimmy changa, haha that's not how you spell my name, she must've been illiterate. So then we try our drinks and it was DISGUSTING. I could see brown foam at the top, I was wondering why he took my drink into the bathroom with him. So we tried telling them politely that it wasn't to our liking and the lady shot us four times in the leg. I'm typing this in the hospital bed, praying for a safe recovery. I've lost all feeling in my legs and am now paralyzed. The workers somehow found my address, trashed my house, and kidnapped my mother and are forcing her to drink iced matcha lattes with 3 pumps of chai, oat milk, and sweet cream cold foam. My friend that was called a terrorist is now in a deep sleep but every few weeks she jumps up and yells ' ICED MATCHA LATTE WITH 3 PUMPS OF CHAI OAT MILK, AND SWEET CREAM COLD FOAM" and then goes back to sleep. This is the true nature of Starbucks and its evil workers. I want my legs, my mother, and WORST OF ALL my $8.57 back.

JJhaving stayed in the facility of the Starbucks on independence ave, the convenience was great. The waitress takes good care of customers. The coffee and pastries are better than any in the neighborhood. Plentiful parking in the nursing home's lot.
