lol girl who works here think that customers are her friends. just got told that i need to be more considerate (lmao) when i place an order. appreantly making 4 subs in the evening is not easy for her and she told me not to put "more" with salads when ordering online because it is hard for her to close my sandwiches with much salads in it and she also mentioned that she's not gonna put more sandwiches anyways (???) because i put "more" on the order. lady better go get a different job if she cant handle making sandwiches according to the instruction and gonna throw tantrums at customers. she needs to know that she's not making sandwiches for free for her friends. can u imagine a mcdonalds worker complaining to you cuz you ordered too many nuggets or burgers? crazy much? totally ruined my evening. i got so angry and i left the store before i said something really bad. nasty experience.

I love this spot because not only because the food is accurate every time (and yummy) but because of the workers there. They are so nice!!! I would have given 5 stars but they do not open at 830am like this says(or their door) they always seem to open by 10am. No complaints just would like that to be updated if its not accurate. Please update the sign, its clearly causing people to get mad in your reviews and is affecting your rating.Vegetarian options: Very minimum though

Got here today at 6:50pm today and the door was locked when it clearly states they close 8:30pm on the door. The lady finally lets me in.. she unlocks the door and pushes slightly, letting it slam, and I had to reopen it. On the app is a BOGO 50% off at this specific location, when I get to the line she says they’re not accepting the coupon.. ok miss. Final straw, I start ordering a footlong and a half sub just for her to tell me she only has enough roast beef for the half sub. Absolutely disgusting customer service and I can see why it’s empty inside.
