Terrible spot. The lady in the hijab that everyone else is complaining about is the nastiest person. We were using a Subway promotion for buy 1 get 1 free, ordered on the app and came in here to pick it up. We ordered extra vegetables. When we saw them making our sandwiches, the other woman there was putting less than even normal. When we said we ordered extra, the lady in the hijab says that since we're using a coupon, we can't ask for extra vegetables and not pay for it, because we "already got a sandwich for free" and "how else would she keep this business running".I've never been to a Subway that even charges for extra vegetables. This delusional employee is literally scamming customers. Reading the other reviews about how unhygienic this place is as well, next time I'm definitely just gonna hit up a deli for a sandwich instead.

Be Advised That so far I’ve went today to 2 Subway Restaurants only to find out that when you bring in their Subway Coupons they state that the machines doesn’t take the coupons that Subway supposed to honor making them to force you to pay for their footlongs at regular prices they are scamming the customers.

This is easily one of the worst subways. Never have the marketed new items (for example "Hero bread" the last time I went and previously the new fresh mozzarella). It's dingy and dirty. There's usually loitering people and beggars lurking. It's difficult to communicate with the employees. My bad luck of course is that it is the only one in a convenient location on my commute so I'm stuck with it for now.

Speaking The Truth

The lady who is expected to prepare the sandwiches was eating something. Her fingers clearly went into her mouth. She stepped out from her hiding place, turned the faucet on, put those three fingers under the running water only for about 5/6 seconds, no soap used, then asked what will I be having while rubbing those fingers against her clothes to dry them. That’s so unsanitary, disgusting, concerning, and disappointing.NO THANKS!! ??? I walked out!

My wife and I stopped by this Subway for lunch. I was looking forward to my usual Italian BMT. My wife opted for one of their new sandwich offerings. The place was empty with the exception of one other customer. When we approached the woman behind the counter she was on the phone and did not raise her eyes up to acknowledge our presence. Finally after a three-minute wait she decided to take our orders. This woman was on the phone the entire time we dined at Subway. I interrupted one of her calls to ask for the key for the restroom. I had a mishap with the soap dispenser and needed a paper towel as there were none available. When I went to inform her about the paper towels she was still on the phone. By this time I was irritated and simply left the store. To make matters worst, I had to pay a gratuity for all her time on the phone. Never again!

The only bad about going here is; you have to deal with people from the physiciatric unit from Waters place around asking everyone for money and others just sitting around loitering so it makes people feel uneasy and therefore they don't go inside this Subway

So the woman that in charge has a trainee, he is putting 4 slices of tomato on the footlong sandwich for the dude in front of me. And she takes a slice off and puts it back in the tray, spaces the three that left evenly and started to scold a poor Indian guy))

I would rate 0 if I could, but that is not an option. Essentially do not go to this place as the employees are extremely rude. On top of what you will read below I was immediately asked by a 'customer' sitting in the store for a dollar to spare. The service I received at this restaurant was absolutely atrocious, and backed up by an absolutely rude employee. I placed a mobile order at 6:15 pm, as I am home sick and was looking to not have to leave the house. I placed an order for a footlong PRO the vaultwich, and upgrade it to a meal so a drink and chips included which was a special on the app totaling 16.67. What arrived wasn't that sandwich that arrived was not the correct sandwich, but not even the right size either as what came was a 6" sub.I called the restaurant to let them know that I did not receive the right order or what I paid for, and the female employee immediately started telling me my order was 100% right and that I was wrong. I kept trying to explain, but as I continued the cutting off continued. She kept yelling that I had to come to the store as to which I explained I was sick and couldn't leave the house. As that started to make me mad, I requested a refund, and the female employee yelled that she would refund me and hung up. I attempted to call back multiple times. and no one picked up.I drove to the subway location with the food items untouched, and when I arrived the location was empty. When the female employee I spoke to came out from the back I told her that I was the one she spoke to. I put the food on the counter, and asked for a refund. I also mentioned it was absolutely rude to hang up on a customer. Her response to that was that "She was busy with other customers, and couldn't deal with me". I AM a customer in this case with a situation that had to be dealt with, additionally forced to leave the house while being sick. This was obviously untrue as the location was empty and it took me less than 3 minutes to drive to the location. She started to yell that she was busy and that the system couldn't refund me. I asked her for her name and her managers info. The response I got was that the manager was not in, as to which I asked when he would be in and that I wanted his email or phone number. Her story immediately changed to "We don't have a manager, but I will give you his name". She wrote her name down as Salma on another person's receipt and handed it to me. My final words were "You work in a customer facing industry and you should never hang up on a customer or treat them with disrespect". I left without a refund, and no information on who owns this location. I will be providing a terrible review on yelp/google and hopefully will hear back from corporate as the app has basically no way to request a refund.I would appreciate being contacted by a manager, and will call back until I get one.

Only 1 person fixing food and working there, not very appealing when you are on a lunch break or in a hurry. Veggies are not always fresh as well as the bread.
