My fav worker is Suzy beautiful soul, she always recognizes who I am based off my order lol all the time. The staff never disappoints. Always on point with their services.

My first time buying here today 6-18-25 at 1:29pm (so that whoever is in charge can see the video on the camaras and what I'm saying is true) and never will again buy from here. Worker Karli or Kaali doesn't respect the customers on the line and skips ahead people she knows. I'm on the line next to be served after waiting a while, and she calls a lady that wasn't even there when I came in and takes her order skipping me and the other 4 people behind me. Both these inconsiderate people knew what they did and wouldn't look anywhere but at each other because they knew someone was going to say something. If this is the type of employees this location has that waiting on line isn't important it's just who you know then this place doesn't deserve to be visited. I do not recommend it at all....

The lady, Suzi, was extremely rude. The store was empty & upon arrival my husband said "I am here to pick up my order." She yelled at him "I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE!" Her rudeness was unprompted. It was our own order we were picking up & it was paid for ahead of time. Why the drama? Lost a customer unnecessarily.

The worst and the worst. Food gives me food poisoning. Twice. So thats why I am writing. Not hygienic at all. Subway is the cleanest fast food. They need to change or stop these. I could not express how annoyed I am to write this. And this is my first time rating any store. Horrible.

THEY ALLOW COUPONS THROUGH THE APP!Hello! I am here to share some good news. I saw one of the reviews said they don’t accept coupons and they don’t! Which why I give it 4/5 stars!But if you are planning on buying with a card anyways I would recommend getting the app and do an order to pick up! There you are allowed to put in your coupon code and get the discount you want!I figured this out when the mean man behind the counter yelled at my brother telling him he doesn’t accept coupons but before we even got there I made sure I was able to order with a coupon through the app and I was!Just wanted to share that advice since we are all struggling with income out here and it’s just not fair. I hope I was helpful!

Went in to order a sandwich and left with nothing! I am BEYOND TRAUMATIZED! As I chose the bread I wanted I slide down to the meats. Once I got to the meats and I'm deciding what my selection would be out come several roaches where the roasted chicken was! I am horrified! Never again would I step foot into this business! DISGUSTING! I Should have known better because they received a B letter grade for this location! NEVER AGAIN!
