Only the manager does his job correctly.. everyone else employed there are unprofessional, disrespectful and lazy. They don't read the notes or that certain things are added and they cancel your orders 4 mins after you put it thru on app and then you don't get your money back for 36 hrs so if that was the last of your money you end up going hungry because of the incompetence of the employees. And when u call the store to ask why was your order canceled they hang up on you. They also don't always accept the subway app deals. I've been in this vicinity for over 18 years and there's been issues for too many years.
It's better to not order from the 597 E. Tremont location (across from the park and 2 doors down from McDonald's) and just go a bit out of your way to the location at 1 Fordham Plaza.

Ok yes I Deleted the first post that was two stars about there was enough meat. Gone today ordered chicken Tayaki sub and this time there was enough chicken. I always like to go here. Looked like the woman was having a bad day on that day or something.

Subway Sandwiches are always irresistibly Delicious. It just depends on the particular store You go to that determines whether You'll get Spit and Boogers in Your Sandwich because of disgruntled employees or a Nice, Clean, Tasty and well prepared Sandwich from an Honest , friendly employee.

My intention was to buy a sandwich in the evening at exactly at 7:00 PM today since on Google it said this location closes at 9 PM but that was a lie. So disappointed that I can’t get my sandwich now.

This is subway should be closed down! I got a 6inch, immediately after I finished it, I didn't feel good. I got a stomach virus, from there rotten food, for two days!!! Under no circumstances should anybody ever eat here, and should 100 percent be shut down.
