I did a mobile order using the app all of my information is present and the app said my food was delivered which was a lie I never received any food the fact that y’all said it’s not a store problem it’s a driver problem is not how you handle a problem it’s a store problem because I’m supposed to have a dispute to give me a refund

So they suppose to be Open at 8:00 AM according to their working hours. Three times I went at 10:30 AM to this particular Subway and it was Close.

Very careless way of making sandwiches. I think management of this place should do more training with the staff and put a little more emphasis on customer service. Talking in another language after you asked for an adjustment on your order don’t help either. Makes customer think you talking about them. Poor poor service

Good attention
The cashier was extremely rude to my 24 year old son who is autistic. He was placing his order and he was nervous because we teach him to be independent so he was stuttering. The cashier was telling him to hurry up. Meanwhile there were no other customers in the store. I asked her what’s the urgency? She said we are about to close. That was a lie, they were not due to close for another hour. She was still trying to rush him with his order. I interjected several times because I didn’t want to get my son excited but I was so angry at the treatment that we endured. When I complained to management I was given a poor excuse of an apology by the owner of said Subway only to find out that the cashier is a family member of the cashier who was rude to my son. Never again. Know that your business will crumble when you treat customers in that way. Especially people with disabilities.
Their bathroom according to them has nor been working for three years! How as a customer can I not use your bathroom. Do rhey have a different bathroom for staff use. Cause is a hygiene issue. Why should I patronize somewhere I cannot the bathroom to wash my hands before u sit n consume the food I buy there. Thus us unacceptable on every level 3 years if a bathroom nit working. Now urs becoming A LIE. FIRST IT WAS CIVID. NOW UT BROKEN. LIES. NYC debt if health needs to look into this. M I'm calling them cyz where's staff washing their hands n using in the kitchen.

This Subway was recently renovated and it looks great. Polite staff great food.

Unsanitary practices dropped my meat and picked it off the ground and tried to serve me it.
The worst subways ever, If I could give them a zero I would they never participate in any promotions they never take any coupons because they’re scanner never ever works. Customer service sucks corporate needs to come check it out!!! Today was free 6 inch sandwich from their new menu and they said they don’t participate in that !

They dont let you Dine-in or use the Restroom even when you purchase from there. They need to remove that "Feature" from the list on here.
I need the store manager or someone in management to contact me. Disrespect and having the phone up on me multiple times is not what the subway brand is all about. When i think of subway i do not think of anger or disrespect. I think of fresh food i can choose when I’m hungry. I have never been disrespected like this or talked to like this. I called the store to ask the subway representative if they can remove mayonnaise from one of the sandwiches once i placed the order and he was very angry and expressed this through the phone. I called multiple times which he hung up on me every time. After 5 calls and finally expressing my concern to him he said he would fix it. I thanked him because when someone is dealing with your food it’s best to be polite. I worked in the fast food industry and i seen workers do stuff to peoples food. It’s unfortunate and should not happen but it does. I received a call from the store and he said that he fixed the sub for me but i have to tell Uber to pay for the other sandwich that was incorrect. And guess what their was still mayonnaise in the sandwich
