Preferences online orders way too far ahead of guests standing in line. I understand online orders are called in first, but don't stop what you're doing with customers in the store to run the register for like 3 online orders, one of which came on after I had already been waiting in line like 10 minutes. So this place is probably fine if you order online. It's not worth the hassle to walk in because they have little interest in your business.

Rudest Subway Staff I’ve Ever Encountered

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel like others should know. From the moment I walked in, the employees acted like I was invisible. No greeting, no acknowledgment – they just stood there chatting and ignoring customers. When one of them finally decided to help me, the attitude was horrible. The tone was snappy, impatient, and full of attitude like I was inconveniencing them by simply placing an order.

I tried to explain how I wanted my sandwich, and the employee cut me off mid-sentence, rolled their eyes, and seemed annoyed the entire time. When I asked for a correction because they got it wrong, they gave me a dirty look and made me feel like I was asking for too much. There was absolutely no professionalism, no courtesy, and zero effort to provide even basic customer service.

Subway needs to seriously re-train this team or consider hiring people who actually want to work and know how to speak to customers with respect. I walked out feeling irritated and disrespected. Definitely not coming back to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

The first and last time I had subways was 14 years ago. Phily cheese steak was terrible. But now i see how much things have change from my first experience thank to the young gentlemen MarufAhamed. He was very kind, haves extremely great customers service, and made sure that I was satisfied with how the sandwiches was being prepped and continue to engage in a conversation. Ordered on uber eats they don’t care about your order they’ll just give you bread and cheese they didn’t add the veggies I asked for not even lettuce or bacon I paid extra for. Terrible

Came here to post my review since they don't care about food customer clearly , bought SUBWAY over priced obviously on uber eats, to get treated to trash, didn't put the items I want it, clearly what ever employee made this doesnt care.... so dissappointed to have wasted my money.
