The service here was awful. The servers were extremely annoyed with my asking for certain items or clarification. They charged me for extra add ons I never asked for and refused to give me money back. The three servers were hostile and unwilling to calmly hear me out.
The atmosphere felt prejudiced as if had I been “one of their own” they would’ve treated me better.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Subway location. I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken sandwich for my pregnant wife, and an Italian Herbs and Cheese with Tuna for myself. The employee warmed both sandwiches together, which apparently caused my wife's chicken to remain cold. When I got home (I live just around the corner), the chicken was literally frozen cold. My wife took one bite and couldn’t eat it, especially being pregnant—it’s not safe for her to eat cold meat.
So, I went back to the store and politely asked if they could warm the sandwich properly. The person who made it basically shrugged and said the machine settings couldn't do more. I suggested they check the machine, but the conversation took a weird turn. An older lady, who I think is the manager, came in and immediately seemed annoyed. Instead of making a new sandwich, she started separating the meat from the veggies to warm it up, even though the bread was already soggy and some of the veggies were still on it. I told her multiple times to remove all the veggies before warming it, but she didn't listen.

Then things got really out of hand. The manager started saying some really offensive stuff, accusing me of lying and making prejudiced comments about Bengali people. Even though there are Bengali employees working there, she was rude and dismissive. I had to FaceTime my wife just to prove she’s pregnant because the manager didn’t believe me!
Eventually, she made a new sandwich, but the whole situation was so unprofessional and downright disrespectful. No one should be treated like this, especially when it comes to food safety and customer service. I’ll be reaching out to Subway corporate because this franchise is clearly not following the rules. I have everything recorded from entering the store to leaving so I will make sure to send it to them as well.
To the owner:
I strongly recommend reviewing your food safety practices and ensuring your staff is properly trained on how to handle situations like this. The correct response should have been to make a new sandwich according to Subway’s food safety rules, not reheating a soggy one with leftover veggies. Though I don’t work for Subways, I believe I know proper rules more than your own employees.

This location I like cause it's around parkchester and it's clean but like some of the workers are rude I'm sorry but some of those people I do not know why is it that they are like rude as if they don't want or like doing they're job and not sounding racist but some of them are mostly Indians that work in these places

While the young worker was making the 3 orders, the customer can no longer observe the sandwich being made because now it's blocked from you being able to, something new now. This place was better when the ladies work there. They hook you up, not the case at all today. I feel like I was robbed!!!! PERIOT!

This location is known for having rude workers but, I also have seen people that try to bully the workers into giving them food at a discounted rate.It makes sense when the worker rudely mentioned that each sandwich is allocated a total of 6 slices of peppers, when I asked for lots of peppers on mine. I guess he thought I was trying to finagle my way into his peppers, but there is probably a polite way of mentioning the pepper limit.Anyway, there isn't a shortage of other food places nearby.

The workers have always had an attitude which shouldn’t have been normalized but today I was fed up. They were being racist to a group of black kids, and I had offered to pay for one of the kids cookie. From then ,they started being rude to me. I had asked to put my cookie and his cookie in separate bags, and was later told that they didn’t have anymore bags when I clearly saw the bags were stashed next to the register,. I confronted her on her lie, and she proceeds to tell me another excuse talking about she can’t give me another bag because it’s usually put in one bag. Please hire new respectable employees.
The workers at this subway are very rude to people. They cover the glass so you can't see the food the cold cuts and when I questioned them about it they were rude. People want to see what they are buying. He said to look at menue the menue only tells you what you want to order but behind the glass you see what you want to eat. I like to see what I am buying could be spoiled.
Racist against anyone not of their color or ethnicity. Dont eat here.

A regular Subway with a few tables and chairs so you could eat there. Service was quick, respectful, and made it easy to order. Remove a lot of options now that Subway released the made-to-order sandwich options, but you can still make your own and customize it.
A Subway like any other with some tables and chairs to eat at. The service was fast, respectful, and it was so easy to place your order. They already have a good amount of options with the new sandwiches they came out with, but you can still customize what you want and make it your own.
Horrible service. Everytime I come, it just seems as if the workers don’t care at all. The young boy and the older lady always make me regret stepping in there in the first place. I DO NOT recommend.
