I watched the server rip off a senior, at the 980 E. 233rd Street Store. The gentleman wanted the 3 cookie special for $2.79. The server sold him 2 cookies and then charged an additional $1.00 for the 3rd. I confronted him and he said oh there is nothing I can do about it. I do not recommend supporting this establishment. If they will cheat you while you are looking they have no respect for the community and no moral compass when you rob seniors. Shame, shame on you. I wonder how many others have been ripped off here. Bad business.

This establishment close at 11:00pm and I was stopped at the door at 10:20 pm saying that they’re closed I also travelled a good while to get here I don’t see why they would close 40 minutes before the advertised time ridiculous.

The food is always fresh. The crew at that store works well with each other and takes care of the customer.
Had a really great experience at Subway! The staff was super nice, and the place was clean, which is always a plus. Service was quick too, didn’t have to wait long at all. My sandwich was fresh and made just the way I like it—tasted so good. They’ve got a ton of options too, so there’s pretty much something for everyone. Definitely coming back here again!
I placed an online personal order and when I went to pick it up I showed them the confirmation email that it was already placed and payed they said that wasn't enough i showed him the my subways app that shows the receipt but he said he needed my state ID to pick up my sandwich. I explained to him that I felt uncomfortable showing them (two men) my state ID and the so the store manager Fahad stated he can cancel my order and that I should place it in the store. My order hadn't even been started on. The second guy stated people have been stealing orders at that location but like I mention to them I would understand if it was Uber Eats or Door Dash but this was my personal order that I placed via the subways app. Terrible customer service by the so called store manager Fahad to assume every customer that walks into the store is a crook. This should be handled properly i went to subways to make a purchase not to be treated in that way. I will also be posting this on Yelp so that everyone is aware of how this location treats its PAYING customers. Also, you have camaras in the store, I walked in at 2pm and when Fahad walk out he was annoyed by me like if I was disturbing him. Overall terrible customer service.

How is this possible? I ordered a tuna salad at 7 PM and I couldn't believe it. They put in very little lettuce, very little onions and only two balls of tuna and the salad cost 13 USD. Plus, the little bit of avocado they put in was as spicy as if it was old and damaged!
