Absolutely Ridiculous service. Let me start by saying, this particular location has alot of drug addicts & homeless people in the area. The owners are Indian, so my take is they assume since alot of the ppl in the area act in look a certain way that everyone is "that way". I ordered the new footlong dippers. I politely ask if the footlong was split in 2 because he was putting it in the 6inch wrap, it was my FIRST time ordering it. He just stares (he definitely heard me). So I just told myself I'll just wait & see. He begins making the wrap/dipper, I asked can I choose my own cheese, he just stares. So I tell him I want pepperjack. He's starts speaking his language to the other worker. When I go to ring out he charges me $7.40, when it's advertised as $3.49. I tell him it's suppose to be 3.49$. Instead of communicating with me when I asked if the dippers came in 2 he thought I requested two separate footlongs, and DEMANDED i pay the $7.40. I paid and told them communication is key and i don't speak their language, and it would have been nice if I was spoken to instead of stared at and talked about in a language that is foreign to me, and this was extremely weird and i won't be back. That was my 2nd negative experience with this particular location. My first time going I was giving stiff bread, I was so hungry at the time I ate it anyway. I thought to give them a 2nd chance. Big Mistake.

I recently visited the Subway restaurant and had an outstanding experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and made to perfection. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Litonur Rashid. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.

Litu's dedication to his work and passion for delivering top-notch service is truly commendable. He took the time to understand my order, offered recommendations, and made sure everything was to my liking. His positive attitude and warm smile made me feel valued as a customer.

The restaurant's cleanliness, ambiance, and overall quality of food were also impressive. However, it was Litu's exceptional service that made my visit truly memorable.

Kudos to Litunur Rashid and the entire Subway team for a job well done! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

There's usually only one person in here whenever I visit, but he's nice and does the best he can when there are a lot of people ordering at one time. I tend to order chicken teriyaki or tuna and I have had a good experience on each visit. The counter is clean and the person working there is attentive and efficient.

Needs better organization. Staff was courteous, but not great with timing. Ordered on the app and said my order was ready, but they never even started the order until I showed up and had to present my ID to even start prepping order. Ridiculous.

I ordered through the app. My order was accepted. A minute later my order was canceled and they haven’t returned my money back. Subway is a ripple off. They would not give you your money back if they cancel our order online.

Sandwich was good and fresh, the fridge for the bottled sodas wasn't working and sodas were hot had to buy fountain which wasn't too clean. The area is ok wouldn't go at night thou. But overall good place to get a Sandwich.
