The service is just as disgusting as the food…my mom went in at 9pm to get two sandwiches and a salad. Let’s start off with the fact that she had to ask for extra toppings because he was stingy with the amount, for the salad the man was rushing her, he gave her a torn bag when she asked for a bag and was fussing with her to get a bigger bag then the sandwich bag… mind you it’s pouring outside.. it wasn’t until two young men told the man to give her a bag that he FINALLY gave her a decent bag. She brings the food home and sure enough not only did she find a strand of hair in her sandwich but as I shuffle the salad around and prepared to take a second bite I find a thin piece of black hair.. I’M UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR ATTITUDES , HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS AND THEIR SANITARY PRACTICES.. IM URGING THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO PLEASE PLEASE STEP IN…. THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT RECEIVE NOT ONE RED CENT FROM ME. SINCERELY AN AGGRAVATED CUSTOMER.

Hey, I just wanted to mention that the Subway I bought had the veggies packed in so tightly, it felt like they were in a veggie wrestling match! Plus, they didn’t seem fresh. I hope they change that and i can come back.
I always ask for double meat on uber and they hardly give any meat at all and not enough sauce this place is terrible

I went here twice and always received the same lack of meat and cheese on my sandwich. The first time I went here I had coupons and when I was about to use them, they told me they don’t accept coupons and still charged me a high price. The second time I went here with a friend, and I specifically told them to put cheese on the footlong and they still didn’t. The guy making my sandwich lied to my face, because I asked him did he put the cheese on it and he said yes, literally looking at my sandwich being made and it’s already sloppy. Yet I still get charged high price for a sandwich in which you can buy the cold cuts from the supermarket and make a sandwich your own self. Worst Subways over here.

I was a frequent customer at this subway location and I always tipped generously. Last week, I was down on my luck and tried to negotiate getting a sandwich and paying for it later. Was rudely told no. I won’t be coming back at this location, I wish I could take all my tips I’ve given them back.

My wife recently went to purchase a footlong, a juice and a bag of chips. When the lady finished making the sandwich she total from $14 dollars to $17 and was charging a tip. My wife said if thats the case ill just stop by a supermarket and buy some ham and cheese alot cheaper. So the Subway lady removed the tip and also removed the juice and chips which my wife never gave her permission. Wife left very unhappy, love subways but my wife and i will never go back to that establishment..

I placed an online order for pickup and got there a bit early. I ordered two footings and requested ,”DO NOT CUT SANDWICHES PLEASE” I was standing near the register on my phone and I realized I saw the guy cut a sandwich and a minute later he told me it was ready. I asked if the sandwiches he’d just cut were mine and he said yes. I’d told him that I specifically noted to not cut the sandwiches and he had the audacity to ask me “what’s the big deal?” He gave me the receipt and said that it wasn’t noted. I pointed to the top of the receipt where it was noted and asked if he could remake the order. “I’ll give you a refund, it’s a foot long I have to cut it” was his response. I told him that was a lie, i didn’t want a refund, much less wait 5-7 days for one and repeated that I’d like my order. He said “I don’t feel like making it again.”I couldn’t believe it. I repeated yet again that I’d like my order. “Fine, wait a half hour.”Fast forward. That didn’t happen and another employee remade the order for me with no problem.I don’t know if he was having a bad day, mad at himself bc he was in the wrong or all of the above but his unprofessionalism, audacity and rudeness were completely unacceptable and I’ll never go there again. I hope he has the day he deserves

This location accepts order then cancels the order for no reason. When I'm half way there already I get a phone call from an employee there that his boss told him to cancel the order. When I ask the reason why, he doesn't know why but just kept telling me that his boss told him to void the order, and this is my first time ordering from this location online.

This subway is the downfall of all other subways short woman came at me woth a temper because the debt card i had didnt have my name on it it was my mom i even called my mom and she did not care so i stayed hungry for 2 more hours what a horrible expiernce never going back.
