This location accepts order then cancels the order for no reason. When I'm half way there already I get a phone call from an employee there that his boss told him to cancel the order. When I ask the reason why, he doesn't know why but just kept telling me that his boss told him to void the order, and this is my first time ordering from this location online.

Need to share with the community that Subway does not slice the deli meats as advertised!! The meats are pre cut and piled up sitting in the counter awaiting customers! They give you one slice of cheese and it's cut diagonally! I have visited two locations in the Bronx area and both sites are the same! Subway should step up and do the right thing for the customers!!! Stop advertising what's not so!!!

This subway is the downfall of all other subways short woman came at me woth a temper because the debt card i had didnt have my name on it it was my mom i even called my mom and she did not care so i stayed hungry for 2 more hours what a horrible expiernce never going back.

So today I ordered here on Uber Eats and when I tell you I received the worst sandwich ever... Literal disaster of a sandwich! I couldn't tell if the person who made it was being cheap and trying to ration or just couldn't read/comprehend what I had selected through the menus from within the app. I will NEVER order here again

Bought a sandwich for my sister and sanwiches that were supposed to be hot were not even lukewarm. She also got food poisoning from the veggies in the ssndwich. Not very happy with food hygiene.
Comfortable 2train service, ???, great to have NYPD presence when traveling on the subway, officials who care about the community & safety of passengers is a Blessed & welcomed experience. A new chapter in subway travel that is truly welcomed ~ Thank God

I only give one star because the restaurant is clean. Customer service is poor. They do not accept Subway coupons which is odd. I asked why and I was shouted at. I will never come to this place again.

I've ordered from here a few times through Uber Eats. One of the better Subways. They actually follow instructions, and the sandwiches have always been nice and fresh.

2 stars only for freshness..I've been here many times and every single time I eat a sandwich from here, I'm very slightly sick to the stomach the next day and often later the same day.. on top of that, they're very cheap with the meat. The sandwich is mostly bread and whatever topping. But I must also say all the contents always taste fresh, look fresh and smell fresh, so that's what usually brings me back when I'm craving! But really, I'd rather never spend another dollar here.
