The store hours say it closes at 10pm & I came in at 9:45pm and the man making the sandwich tried to lie & say that the toaster wasn’t working. Then he kept saying that they close at 9:30pm because he wanted to leave. Please hire staff that is aware of the hours they signed up for when they took the role. Completely ridiculous to berate a customer regarding the time just because you want to go home. I also work in customer service & if a customer comes in before we close, we still serve them.

Plus they don't do enough for you. When I bought an order and they only made two pieces of meat when I decided to open the bread. When the order made $12.00 dollar. They don't have bathrooms

It’s the first time I come to this location and I will never come back. I wanted to redeem my birthday cookie and the employee said that doesn’t exist and I was telling him I do it every year, his answer was he has been working for one day, I understood he was new so I explained him how was the deal and I showed him my coupon on the app and he said no, he was mean and rude so I think he is pretty bad, he should be nice even if he doesn’t know about the deal and even more considering it was his second day.

Well, I would like to start off by saying I don’t know how this place is still open. I’ve tried to go in there twice. The first time I went in the lettuce was Rotten and the meat and whatever other meat they had there looked disgusting it looked old so how is this place open? I have no idea but someone has to go into this place and see how filthy they have it The food looks like it’s going bad lettuce tomatoes look really bad and the meats so honestly, somebody has to go in there and check with these people are doing because that’s nasty. I would never eat from there.

Such a rude staff!!! The lady literally was so rude for a napkin. The bag had 2 napkin and I said I can a couple more napkin please. She said no napkin one foot long sandwich you get 2napkin, this napkin cost money. I’m pretty sure if does,What kind of nonsense is that???? What kind of food place can’t provide enough napkin. Also why do you have to so rude about it say it nicely it’s not that hard.She looked exhausted also maybe worked?? Idk, but the attitude of that lady for literally a piece of napkin was something else ??♀️??♀️.The employee’s rude behavior makes the atmosphere very uncomfortable and disgusting.Also my sandwich had barely and chicken or maybe it’s the amount they put.Never going again.The tuck halal food and the person who works there is far more better. Definitely sticking there.
